The Manor House is a 18c listed family-run bed and breakfast in Cornwall, ideally located in a peaceful village near Lostwithiel. Our comfortable rooms, friendly hospitality and hearty breakfasts made with locally sourced ingredients provide the perfect base for exploring Cornwall. Relax in our Vicar's Retreat, this is a two-room suite featuring two separate bedrooms (Superking and King rooms) and spacious lounge with private bathroom.

From our traditional Cornish B&B, you can easily discover some of the county’s most popular attractions. Visit the world-famous Eden Project, explore the beautiful harbour and historic streets of Fowey, or head to Charlestown, the picturesque UNESCO World Heritage village famous for its tall ships and its starring role as a filming location for Poldark.
