Hello Sunshine! This little gem, 1 bedroom/2 bath (1 full bath and 1 half bath) condo, is conveniently located on the quiet south end of the island across the street from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and boat rentals. It's perfect for a wonderful budget-friendly island vacation in the sun. Santa Maria Resort Condominium Complex sits on canal waters and is lined with boat docks.

The lovely master bedroom features a king sized bed, large flat screen TV, private lanai access and newly remodeled en suite master bathroom featuring a huge walk in shower. The large living area has comfortable seating, large flat screen TV, and a half bath. (Sleeper sofa can accommodate two guests) The living area leads to a lovely screened in lanai. The unit also has a newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, dishes, pots and pans for your cooking needs. Washer & dryer in unit for your convenience, along with FREE WiFi. There is ample on-site parking, a secured lobby and building elevators.

Property amenities include an oversized heated swimming pool - the largest on the island - along with ample poolside chaises for sunbathing. There's a hot tub, BBQ gas grills and picnic tables and you can fish right from your own fishing docks. Santa Maria Harbour Resort is right next door to Fish Tale Marina where you can rent a boat or venture out on a fishing charter. You can walk across the street to the beach, where you can paddle board, parasailing, collect seashells, rent wave runners or just watch our world famous sunsets. Clean and close to the beach

This condo was older but well maintained. It was across the road from the beach, and the pool was also nice.

Comfortable condo!

Spacious and nicely laid out. Furniture is spartan but decent. The online description says the kitchen has been recently redone but it’s dark, tiny and the cabinets are in bad shape. Appliances are good but the Keurig machine leaks badly and needs replacing. Top priority would be to replace all the window treatments. They are really old! The huge gorgeous and friendly pool and hot tub make up for any cons. And we enjoyed spending time on the screen porch, even though it only overlooks the parking lot. It’s still pretty. Overall we loved our stay and look forward to coming again as Ft. Myers’s Beach continues to recover from a devastating hurricane.

Great Stay

Everything was very nice and affordable, we especially liked what we called "the bonus room" that had all of the things people had payed forward as guests. We left a few things that may certainly be appreciated by whomever stays next. All in all no complaints. We would definitely stay again.
