The Space:

The open plan living area features two comfortable single beds with high quality linens to ensure a restful night of sleep. A dedicated laptop friendly workspace is integrated into the room, providing a quiet corner for business tasks or planning your local excursions. The studio is equipped with high speed wireless internet throughout. The kitchenette is fully appointed for your culinary needs, featuring an oven, stove, toaster, and a full set of cookware and silverware. You will also find a refrigerator and freezer to store your groceries. The private bathroom is clean and modern, stocked with essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer. For your convenience, laundry facilities including a washer and dryer are available in the common space, and an iron is provided within the studio.



Guest Access:

During your stay you will have exclusive access to your private twin bed studio apartment. This includes the open plan living area, the fully equipped kitchenette, and your own private modern bathroom. You are welcome to use the laundry facilities which are conveniently located in the shared common space within the building. Please note that parking is available off the premises for an additional fee.

Getting Around:

Getting around Southampton is easy from our Canute Road location. You are well connected to local bus routes that provide regular service throughout the city and to the main rail stations. For those traveling by air, Southampton Airport is easily reachable by car or train in about twenty minutes. While there is no dedicated parking on the property, convenient paid parking options are available off the premises for guests arriving by car.

Important information for your stay. Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is by 10:00. We offer a completely self-check-in and check-out process. All information regarding accessing the property and your apartment will be shared with you on the day of arrival. You will be requested to complete a check-in form which asks for each guests’ information and identification for safety and security purposes and will be deleted upon request upon check-out. Please be advised that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed on the premises. While you will have exclusive access to the apartment, please note that off-site parking is available nearby for an additional fee and is not owned by Snoozin Ltd. We want to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, so please observe quiet hours and respect the property.
