Welcome to our comfortable and conveniently located home, just less than 5 minutes from Massey University and under 10 minutes from Palmerston North city centre. Local shopping centres, cafés, restaurants and everyday amenities are only a couple of minutes’ drive away.

Our accommodation is ideal for up to four guests and offers a comfortable, private space within our home.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire second floor, which includes:

Please note that access to the guest accommodation is via approximately 16 stairs, as the guest area is located on the second floor.

The house is situated on a quiet private road at a corner location, offering a peaceful setting with lovely scenic views. Pleasant walking routes are also nearby.

Massey University, IPU and local shopping areas are all within walking distance, making the property particularly convenient for students, visiting academics, families and other guests.

Shared Areas

The second-floor guest space is dedicated to our guests. Other areas of the home are shared with the host. If you would like to use any shared areas, please let your host know, and we will be happy to assist where possible.
