We offer this NEW STUDIO 30sqm, spacious, very bright and pleasant, located in a NEW RESIDENCE of standing, delivered in June 2014.

Located in a quiet location, halfway between Biarritz and St Jean de Luz, it will be for you an excellent base to enjoy the beaches nearby and explore the Basque coast and its surroundings.

With its panoramic terrace overlooking the ocean 20m² and two large windows of 3 meters opening on the terrace, enjoy the light and the sea view, whether you are inside or outside the apartment.
The covered terrace will allow you to take your breakfast outside, but also to appreciate the sunset and continue your evenings out without fear of bad weather.

Many amenities are available:
- Included in the rent: Private parking in the basement, Bicycle storage in the basement, cellar for storing surfboards or other ...
- Local shops nearby and Carrefour shopping center at 2km.

This studio is furnished with brand new furniture: contemporary decor, friendly and convenient, to promote relaxation and well-being; a bathroom with a washing machine; also a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob 4 burner hobs, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher and kitchen utensils).

Good vibes!

Good sized studio, fully equipped with large elevated terrace with nice views, quiet, easily accessible to beaches & cities using local transport. Ideal, secure parking in the basement. Appartement et terrasse très agréable, très bien équipé. Situé près de 2 camping avec superrette et resto. Bus à 2min qui permet d'aller à St jean de luz et centre commerciale facilement. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour. Je le recommande.

Location parfaitement conforme à l'annonce avec une belle terrasse couverte qui double la surface du studio et une jolie vue mer. Situation idéale entre Saint Jean de Luz et Biarritz pour découvrir tout le Pays Basque. L'accueil et la disponibilité de Claire, ainsi que le suivi de la location par les propriétaires ont été un plus apprécié. La résidence bénéficie en plus de toutes les commodités de deux campings proches. Les plages (Mayarco et Lafitenia) sont proches et variées. Impossible d'être déçu!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines agréables dans cette location. Tout était bien. Location très calme et propre. L'appartement est conforme à la description, très bien agencé, fonctionnel, lumineux, décoré avec goût. De plus, cette location offre une très grande terrasse couverte. Location bien située pour visiter cette belle région. Merci aux propriétaires et également les personnes qui nous ont accueillis à notre arrivée qui étaient très sympa.
