Los Chaparros was perfect

Our small group enjoyed and made full use of all this comfortable and stunning villa and beautiful manicured grounds had to offer. The owner Montse is exactly as the reviews suggest, very warm, friendly and funny. Going out of her way (but never interfering) to suggest or help where needed. Montse’s input made our visit so much more than we expected. It was with reluctance we waved goodbye at the end of our stay. We selected this villa because of the padel tennis court. While the location is quiet it was exactly what we wanted and a perfect base to visit further a field

Het huis is echt fantastisch , heel compleet ingericht , goede service van lokaal contact . Het uitzicht over het dal kan je uren naar kijken , de tuin is geen tuin maar een park . Aan het zwembad staan een sauna en jacuzzi , de aan het zwembad gelegen tuinkamer met badkamer en terrasoverkapping geven het geheel een extra charme . Het interieur van de villa straalt warmte uit , slaap en badkamers perfect ingericht en voorzien van airco . Bij de slaapkamers openslaande deuren met een zitje , helemaal geweldig .

A luxury holiday in a privileged location

Los Chaparros is a very special place to enjoy the peace and quiet that its privileged location provides. Surrounded by olive trees, countryside and mountains, manicured gardens and many places to relax. We have enjoyed two weeks in July for 6 people with all the comforts that the house offers. It has everything you need to feel at home. In the mornings the pool area, which is very large and perfect for swimming and for the children to enjoy, is the ideal place to enjoy the sun or have a snack in the shade, taking advantage of the area prepared for this purpose, with a fridge in the adjoining building. The afternoons and evenings are wonderful, with the cool mountain breeze in the middle of July in hot Andalusia. We have really enjoyed family dinners on the terrace with different types of lighting (the house is full of details), surrounded by mountains, clear skies and thousands of stars. The internet connection is great for being in the middle of the countryside with coverage even in the outdoor areas. A small shop less than 1 km away where you can find all the essentials and a supermarket, butchers, hardware stores, bakeries and other shops in Villanueva de la Concepción where you can find everything you need for your holidays. Bread, vegetables and fish can be taken home if you want, which is very convenient. Before arriving at your destination you will receive all the necessary information from Mrs Oriol about the house and where and how to get everything you need. In addition, she is always available to answer any questions you may have by phone. Nearby is Tere, who makes sure that everything is fine, taking care of everything without you noticing and to whom I send a big hug because she is lovely. We have not had any problem in these two weeks. I couldn't have chosen a better place to rest, enjoy the family and feel at home.
