About this property

The home consists of three bedrooms, two king sized beds and one double room with bathrooms.The house is freshly decorated with three sitting areas, one a large sunroom. The house is set in a quiet area with mature gardens and views of the Bandon River. Guest seating is provided outdoors for relaxing. Town is a 5 to 10 minute walk downhill. The house is suitable for children 12 or over and is an ideal base for discovering Kinsale and surrounds.
I live in a separate studio to the side of the main house, with my friendly cockapoo Curly Murphy. I respect your privacy during your stay, and I am happy to assist you in any way I can.

Outstanding Property

Five of us stayed during the last week of July and have zero hesitation in recommending this home. Its even better than the photos show if that's possible. Rosemarie made us feel very welcome with an incredibly well stocked and generous food and snack selection. Help when we needed it and privacy when we were enjoying the home. Location is perfect for the town, peaceful and very committable. Outstanding property.

Amazing house!

This house is absolutely amazing, and so is Rosemary! She was extremely welcoming and helpful and the guests had a great stay. The house is big, full of lights with great decorations and in a really calm area. I highly recommend staying there! Rosemary thank you again so much for your help and kindness!
