With sweeping Lake Erie views and year-round sunsets, this inviting retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing escape.
This fully equipped home (including linens) is designed for comfort and convenience. The main floor features a spacious gathering room with lake views, a cozy front porch sitting area, and a large eat-in kitchen for shared meals and memory-making. A generously sized first-floor master bedroom and a full bathroom complete the downstairs living space.
Upstairs offers a peaceful haven with three lake-facing bedrooms, an additional guest bedroom, and two more full bathrooms—perfect for larger groups needing extra space and privacy. There’s something magical about falling asleep and waking up to the soothing sound of the waves.

Hosted by Jim & Judy Pearson
This home is owned by two familes who have been best friends since the late 1980's. The Pearson Family (Jim & Judy) and the Trice Family (Rick & Debbie) have been renting vacation homes for the past 15 years and are excited to share this home with you, your family and friends. Both families have lived in the area our whole lives and have raised our children along the shores of Lake Erie. Both families enjoy boating, antiques and wine. We have recently taken our love of wine to the next level and are the proud owners of The Winery at Spring Hill in Geneva, Ohio. Come join us for a fun and relaxing vacation!
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property back in 2006 due to its location and wonderful beach access. Not many peices of property like this one between Sandusky and Conneaut, Ohio!

This property was designed and decorated as if our family was going to live all summer here! No attention to detail was missed yet the home has a warm and comfortable feel. Just like home, plus much more...
