As a new host, we're hands on with every single stay, so you can expect a spotless home and quick support whenever you need it. We can't wait to welcome you!

We chose Batu Pahat because it gives guests the best of both worlds, a peaceful residential setting with a full city center right at the doorstep. The villa sits in a quiet garden area tucked behind Batu Pahat Mall, so you get privacy and calm at the property while still being minutes from shopping, food and everyday conveniences.
What makes this property unique
The Sunbeam Villa comfortably fits large groups of 18 plus across 4 bedrooms and 5 independent bathrooms, which is hard to find in a homestay this central. Guests get their own entertainment setup with karaoke, a mahjong table and a pool table, plus a proper BBQ area and lounge space for big family gatherings or celebrations.
