The apartment (49.5 m² + loft 12 m²) is located in a peaceful area of Ylläsjärvi. It combines the atmosphere of a traditional Lapland cabin with modern amenities.
The apartment features one bedroom, a living room with kitchen corner, a loft, and a private sauna. The bedroom has a double bed, and the loft offers four additional sleeping places, accommodating up to six guests in total. The living area has a cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
The kitchen is fully equipped for an easy and carefree stay. There’s also a sauna for unwinding and a comfortable loft area ideal for resting or spending time together.
Pets are not generally allowed, but dogs may be permitted upon separate agreement.
The apartment is available for rent year-round. Ski trails, snowmobile routes, and hiking and biking paths start close to the property. The services of Ylläsjärvi and the ski slopes are just a short drive away, and the ski bus stop is within easy reach.
Our office has limited opening hours from Tuesday to Saturday. During your stay, please contact the housekeeper for any matters related to the apartment.
