About this property

Great location!! This condo is located just off Highway 7 in The Landing Condominium Complex. It is on the main channel of Lake Hamilton and convenient to all activities including restaurants, mall shopping, boat and water rentals, Oaklawn, mini golf, downtown Hot Springs and much more.

This top-floor (two floors only) condo is located in a gated complex with a tennis court and swimming pool. Unit sits in the second row of buildings in the complex.

This unit is a 2 bedroom, one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed and one rollaway bed, 2 full baths, a full service kitchen, washer/dryer, and a balcony to view the main channel of the lake and beautiful sunsets! The kitchen has granite countertops and includes standard appliances in addition to a microwave and basic cookware, dishes and utensils.

There is a boat slip available with this unit during the months of April through September. Boat rentals available at adjacent marina. A gazebo on the water is available to guests of the complex for fishing, picnics, or just watching the lake activities. Holiday fireworks displays take place in front of the unit/complex.

Free private wifi is available , along with a flat screen TV in the living room and a TV in each bedroom. Netflix and SlingTV access is available. An electric grill is located on the balcony for your use. There are two assigned parking spaces with plenty of additional guest parking.

Great property and location

Property was very clean upon arrival. The host, Andrea, was very informative and quick to respond to questions. Beds were comfortable, condo was well stocked. The boat slip was a short walk down hill. There is an area for trailer parking in the complex. The community pool was right across from this unit. Short drive to retail and restaurants. 5/5

Family visit

This is a great condo on the water. Comforable beds, lighted pickleball courts. Large living-dinning room. Washer and dryer which was very convenientt after a day of rockhounding. Audrey was quickto repy to questions that I had. Would definitely stay here again.
