Located south of French Lick and minutes from Patoka Lake, Southern Grace Cabin is a western red cedar log home located on a quaint lane in the middle of our several acre getaway. Panoramic views include woods, and rolling meadows. The custom built log home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a custom kitchen with new appliances, hot tub and fireplace. Solid oak wood floors and cathedral ceilings will welcome you as you walk about the cabin. We're sure you'll enjoy the views from the swing or wood rockers on our expansive covered porch (almost 300 sq. ft). Southern Grace Cabin is conveniently located within 2 miles of three Patoka Lake boat ramps: Painters Creek, Osborne, and Walls boat ramps. We welcome boaters and have plenty of parking space. We are also located within easy driving distance of French Lick, West Baden, Paoli Peaks, Marengo Cave, and Jasper.

The cabin was amazing. The view out of the back porch was great, seen 5 deer the first night, second nignt we seen 4 deer and a turkey. Owner was on top of everything and when I texted them they responded immediately. I will stay there again if I am up that way!

My wife & I came here for a getaway for our 15 year anniversary. The property is very nice & clean & cozy. The decorating is fabulous too. Its private with a few near by houses but cant see from the property. The chopped wood to use for a fire was very nice to have on hand thats definitely an added bonus to take advantage of. The hot tub was clean & cozy. The porch is amazing along with the view. All in all i recommend and hope to come back for another getaway.

It's been a dream of the our family to have a property to call our own. After looking for several years, we immediately fell in love when seeing this cabin and the acres that came with it. Our family loves to boat, hike, fish, relax and spend time as a family. There is no better place than Southern Indiana to do all these things and with Grace being our daughters middle name, Southern Grace seemed like a fitting name for our cabin.

Why they chose this property

This is one of the most unique rental properties you will find in the French Lick or Patoka Lake areas. Nestled back from the paved road down a long lane, our cabin sits on a hilltop overlooking parts of our property. There are hilly meadows, woods, deer, turkey, and an occasional bald eagle may fly over from nearby Patoka Lake.

What makes this property unique

This is the ultimate getaway spot. Whether you want to sit on the covered porch, take a trip to enjoy the sights in French Lick or West Baden or spend a day on Patoka Lake, this cabin is centrally located and will allow you to rest and relax. Campfires (did we mention we have firewood for you???) and dips in the hot tub (EVEN IN THE WINTER- we don't close our hot tub like others... we think winter is the best time to enjoy) await! Might we also mention the quiet, calm of the property. You'll hear birds chirping and will be able to see the stars!
