If you used the BBQ, please ensure you cleaned it and re-covered it. Please place patio chair cushions in the storage chest, put the umbrella in the garage and re-cover the table & chairs.
Please text Melissa a photo of the 6 guest passes to confirm all were returned, and leave them in the small drawer to the right of the dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great home in a great location!

This is our second stay and we’ll be back. Beautiful home with a great layout for 3 adults and 2 kids. Home has all the necessities and is within walking distance to one of Eagle Crest’s rec centers and pond that was great for kids to fish! Also great location within resort for access to Redmond & Sisters. Melissa is amazing at communicating and was so flexible when we needed to extend our stay last minute to accommodate our son’s tournament schedule. Highly recommend for your Eagle Crest stay!

Another Great Stay!

Our family has stayed at this wonderful property the past 3 years as we visited Redmond for a youth wrestling tournament. Our experience has been great, with everything that our family needed to have a fantastic time. The home is well furnished and has exceeded our expectations every time that we've visited.

Great place to rest

We stayed here while we were at the Oregon FFA State Convention. Our students and advisors enjoyed taking a break here for meals and coming back to sleep each night. It has a nice cozy feel and was comfortable to stay when we came back to the house each night.

The house was as listed and clean and comfortable. We had a baby along so the layout (master down at back and two bedrooms up at front) was a great layout. All dishes and appliances were as described, included kids plastic ware.

Okay, but probably won't rent this one again

The description with the house said "Enjoy the patio...:" but we weren't really able to because there were no chairs or any place to sit! The only indoor chairs were barstools and we were pretty sure they weren't to be taken outside to the patio. We texted the owner asking where the patio furniture was and were told they just hadn't gotten any for the house yet. This was a big disappointment as we were forced to eat indoors only. The description was misleading because had we known there was no furniture, we would have looked for a different rental or brought our own lawn chairs. On the checkout instructions we were told to do what we considered normal cleanup like empty the trash and remove all food. Being expected to load and start the dishwasher seemed a bit more than any other rental we've had, but we have definitely never been asked to sweep and vacuum before we leave. Especially since we already paid the non-refundable cleaning fee. We were unable to find a garage door opener so each time we came or went, we had to go through the front and open the garage door from inside and then pull the vehicle into the garage. For leaving, everything in reverse. This was a big pain.

Family Vacation

This was our second stay at this home for our annual Eagle Crest summer vacation. We like the floor plan for this home. The kitchen is spacious enough to have more than one person cooking, having 2 1/2 baths is nice, lots of bikes at the property works well for us, and we love the location in Desert Sky. Pools are close enough to walk to and we like to fish in the small lake also. Melissa is very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed this property and the location is great for our group. We like being near the lake and lakeside Rec center. We liked the open space downstairs and the overall floor plan. Having additional bikes to use was a plus for our group. The open space out back was nice to. The BBQ at this place worked great. We would stay here again if available.

Very well-equipped property with everything you need for a great stay! Very handy location for the western Eagle Crest activity center, but a bit far from the main Eagle Crest amenities.

Beyond Expectations

This rental was excellent in all respects. It was very new, clean and spacious for 7 adults. The layout is very accommodating with separate bathroom compartments, lots of seating and sleeping options. The beds were so comfortable - the mattresses and bedding. There were so many extras (kitchen aide mixer, Blendtec blender, coffee maker/grinder, cooking supplies) and everything was new and modern.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Four adult family members enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was well stocked and had everything we needed to be comfortable and more. A bonus was the green area view from the patio. We enjoyed watching a doe and two fawns each morning. The only slight negative is that the sun came up earlier than we wanted to get up and it was bright in our upstairs bedroom! My brother had the ground floor master suite which had better sun blocking shades. Overall, this was a wonderful home and we had a great time.
