About this property

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE WITH MAGNIFICENT VIEW

This spacious house is well equipped, it combines modern comfort and the charm of Basque authenticity.
This house is not our main residence. It is located at the top of a hill, the view is breathtaking, and calm reigns.
KOSKETENBORDA offers you 3 bedrooms, one of which, with generous dimensions opens onto a terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains (on the 1st floor). We can accommodate 6 people with all comfort, 8 with a BZ
There are 2 bathrooms and a large and friendly 70m² kitchen living room opening onto the 'lorio' (terrace at the entrance of the house) where you can have lunch in front of a sumptuous natural setting.
The garden of around 1500m² is fenced. and overlooks the fields where you can see small pottoks.
It is ideally located, you can go on the hiking trails directly from the house.
The village center of SARE with its shops and entertainment is 5 minutes by car. The Spanish border is 10 minutes away.
The Ocean as the crow flies is very close, you can see it during your hikes from Kosketenborda, the nearest beaches of SAINT JEAN DE LUZ are 13KM by road. BIARRITZ is 30 minutes by car.
The Basque coast offers many very varied beaches, bay with calm water at ST JEAN DE LUZ, many coves, the ERROMARDIE lagoon, the waves at BIDART, the charm of the old port of GUETHARRY.
you can enjoy the many activities planned on the Basque coast and then find peace and nature.
There is also leisure on site; horse riding, hiking, quad biking, SARE swimming pool with its magnificent view of the Rhune, open in summer only.
Ballad to the top of the rhune in a little train or on foot for the more athletic, visit the caves of Sare, fishing, tennis .... etc

Just the most amazing location with great views. Sunrise was just lovely. We used this holiday home as a base for walking, with many circular walks direct from the house as well as being able to get to the coast. There is plenty of room to spread out. We were definitely able to wind down and relax here. I highly recommend this property.

Immersion au Pays Basque site Natura 2000

Sare est un village bien situé entre littoral et montagne, donnant la possibilité d'accès à de nombreux sites et chemin de randonnée La maison est très pratique et aménagée avec goût. Quand à la vue, époustouflante !Nous recommandons ! Hôte au top.

Très bel emplacement, hyper tranquille, retiré sans être perdu. Maison hyper confortable où il fait bon s’y reposer. Si j’avais une seule remarque … un lit 160 au lieu de 140 puisque l’espace le permet. Mais alors tout le reste est topissime !!! On a trouvé l’adresse à retenir pour retourner au Pays Basque

Très bonne relation avec la propriétaire . Découverte de cette très belle région Nous avons visité Bayonne , Biarritz ,st Jean de Luz, la Rhune avec le train à crémaillère ,Espelette etc... une semaine bien remplie le Gite est très agréable et situé dans un cadre magnifique .et bien équipé .

Le lieu est magnifique le point de vue exceptionnel surtout au lever du soleil. Une maison pour qui aime la tranquilité et la campagne avec pour seuls voisins les brebis de la ferme toute proche. La maison est très bien équipée et chaleureuse, un petit paradis à l'image du pays basque .

cadre superbe vue grandiose et calme

Très belle nature et maison basque comme on les aime. Un seul problème: la cloison de la chambre à l'étage jouxtant les toilettes ne va pas jusqu'au plafond d'où manque d'intimité et désagréments olfactifs! Le site de Abritel n'est pas conforme à la réalité car il y a en plus 1 wc au rdc et la salle de douche a été refaite...

Séjour Sare

Le réveil avec vue sur les pottoks est magique, on ne se lasse pas de regarder le paysage en prenant son petit déjeuner. Plein de promenades en partant de la maison qui est très confortable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Geweldig!

Heerlijke rustige plek, voor wie op zoek is naar rust en één zijn met de natuur. Het huis is groot en netjes, de locatie is heerlijk rustig met koeien en paarden die je rond je huis ziet, maar toch zit je dicht bij gezellige dorpjes. In de (Nederlandse) advertentie is niet duidelijk dat elektriciteit, schoonmaak en bedlinnen niet inbegrepen is.
