Fisherman's house recently renovated 100m from a small port and a family beach "Le Vieux Passage" located along the Ria d'Etel and close to the large dune site Gâvres - Quiberon.
Quiet, close to the coastal paths (GR 34), this house will welcome you for a peaceful vacation (beach, visit, fishing ...) or sports (hiking, windsurfing, kite-surfing, cycling ...) .
The equipment of the house is complete. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, nespresso ... The lounge area: leather sofa, pellet stove, 107cm LCD TV, home cinema, Bluetooth speaker, internet, PS3. The bathroom: shower, wc. Upstairs two bedrooms with TV. Bedroom 1: 1 king size bed (160x200), bedroom 2: 2 beds (90x190) overlooking the estuary.
Quiet terrace enclosed by walls with garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor shower (back from the beach).
Heating included, bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, you just have to put your bags!
For the little ones, high chair, travel cot with mattress, bathtub ... available on request.
Also 2 adult bikes available on request.

Short stay rental possible (2 nights minimum)

Just delightful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is a wonderful retreat for a holiday. Traditional in appearance outside but beautifully renovated and modern inside. Our host Sandrine was very gracious and helpful on arrival and left us a welcoming gift of local cider and traditional Breton cake. Lots of lovely places to visit in the area and beaches close by. For shopping we recommend the SuperU at Belz. Highly recommended by Sandrine's first Australian guests.

Das Haus war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut . Neue Geräte. Zur Begrüßung haben wir Delikatessen aus der Region bekommen. Sandrine hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Bad war nicht groß aber sehr durchdacht. Schöne Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus war sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Hund konnte man von Haus weg prima spazieren. Es gibt einen tollen Hundestrand am Barre d‘Etel. Viele tolle Ausflugsziele. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Un vrai petit havre de paix ! Nous avons passé une semaine des plus agréables dans cette maison. Elle est très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, décorée avec goût. La petite terrasse permet de profiter de l’extérieur pour les repas. Merci infiniment à Sandrine pour son accueil et sa gentillesse ainsi que pour les petites attentions lors de notre arrivée. Nous avons pu randonner au départ de la maison, ce qui est agréable. Les commodités sont à 10 petites minutes en voiture… « Le Vieux Passage a beaucoup de charme.

Excellent à tous points de vue

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire, maison particulièrement propre et très bien équipée, située dans un quartier très calme où il fait bon se reposer, tout à coté de la mer et à 100 m d'un petit port. Belles promenades à pieds également.Depuis cette maison, il est facile de rayonner, et les commerces sont très proches, à quelques kms en voiture. Très agréable région....

Zauberhaftes, tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der südlichen Bretagne. Schon die Schlüsselübergabe mit Sandrine war sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert - trotz gewisser Sprachbarrieren unsererseits. Das Haus in echt noch viel schöner, als es die Bilder online vermuten lassen. Begrüßt wurden wir nicht nur sehr herzlich sondern mit einem Gateaux Bretonne, einer Flasche Cidre und einer Flasche Wasser. Dazu noch ein paar Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Einkaufsgelegenheiten. Wir haben viele Tipps befolgt und auch selbst die Restaurants bzw. Supermärkte für gut befunden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Ofen und Waschmaschine fanden wir perfekt - inklusive Messer zum Öffnen von Austern. Auf der schönen Terasse lässt sich die unglaubliche Ruhe genießen. Die Lage zum kleinen, entzückenden Hafen am Fluss Etel ist einfach großartig und lädt zum täglichen Besuch und Ausgangspunkt für eine Wanderung auf dem Küstenwanderweg ein. Unser Kfz fühlte sich auf dem Parkplatz am Hafen äußerst wohl und sicher. Der Standort der Wohnung ist ideal zum Entdecken der südliche Bretagne. Wir kommen sehr gerne, sehr bald wieder!
