Le Moulin Encor a room and traditional Host

Guest double and family guests with swimming pool located between Samatan Lombez, Gimont and Isle Jourdain at the gates of Gascony in the Gers.

Our guest rooms are located in the old barn Moulin Encor fully equipped to accommodate the travelers for a night, a weekend or a holiday.

Our table is open to you to share our supper special moment or discover the traditional Gers cuisine Cathy where the duck is in the center of the meal.

Whatever the season you will find many activities to do on site or nearby. Winter duck inhabits our entire region through its foie gras markets (Samatan, Gimont ...), canneries and of course cooking classes courses Duck foie gras Gers offers you Cathy (carcass and foie gras). Summer tours and sports activities allow you to travel the Gers and in the evening, the pool will help you relax and refresh you.

Un week-end en toute simplicité

Déjà un grand merci à Cathy. Nous avons réservé pour le week-end du réveillon du jour de l'an !! Peu de chance de trouver ? Et bien, pas chez Catherine LAJOUS. Nous avons été accueillis comme des amis de longue date. Un pur régal !! Un cadre des plus agréable et une hôtesse des plus adorable. Quel calme et quel bonheur. Nous avons prévu de revenir et nous le ferons. C'est promis. Attention les canards, nous serons de retour dès que nous le pourrons.
