Amazingly smooth experience!

They were so good to work with as our son had emergency hip surgery. They even arranged for a wheelchair to be delivered with no cost. The unit was perfect location, beautifully maintained, and absolutely no issues.

Slightly dated, but overall a great property. Mostly clean, however, furniture and rugs show signs of lots of use and all have some stains. Some kitchen utensils/dishware had not been cleaned properly, as well. Would definitely book again in the future.

Perfect location!

The location can’t be beat! And it’s a great view to the beach. My favorite spot was sitting on the back balcony with ocean view. My main complaint would be that the property is a little outdated and could use some new furniture in the family room and some new area rugs and carpet. All of these items definitely show stains and dirt. Otherwise it’s a great property for 4 people.

Family Mardi Gras trip

Very nice. However , the freezer was broken and the technician did not return to fix it. We were told a freezer guy would come back and take care of it. That did not happen. Also there were a few other minor things which I mentioned in my earlier text.

Great Vacation Rental!!

This is the best spot for a quick beach getaway. We were about 20 feet from the entrance to the beach, restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and bikes. View of the water was unexpected and terrific. Will come back for sure.

Awesome Getaway

The property was well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Watercolor. The views of the ocean from the back patio were spectacular and the icing on the cake.

I came with my daughter and daughter in law for our 2nd annual "girls"trip. They had been to Watercolor before but I hadn't . It was just beautiful and we had a fun time relaxing at the beach and eating at the wonderful restaurants!

Wonderful property and view was gorgeous from balcony! Beach club renovations were a tad noisy, but tolerable and temporary. There is no designated parking for this unit which made us rate 4 stars. 360 Blue Properties is always super helpful and friendly!!

Beautiful unit! Very clean, very comfortable—GREAT location! 3 ladies needing some friendship time and it was the perfect place for us! Met all of our needs! Beautiful view of ocean and sunset! I’d only recommend adding some coasters to protect the tables! :) highly recommend and hope to return some day!
