Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: This 2-story condo is located in Watercolor less than a minute walk to the beach, shops, and the Watercolor BeachClub. On the first floor, the home offers a primary bedroom with a King bed, wall-mounted 55” Smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a screened-in porch with a porch swing. Enjoy the music on your smartphone with a wireless Sonos system. There is a large primary bath with double vanity, jetted tub, and a separate shower featuring new stone, tile, countertops, flooring and faucets. The guest bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted Smart TV, and renovated full bath with tub and shower. There is also a washer/dryer on the first floor.

On the second floor, the sun-drenched living space opens to a porch that is great for people watching or dining. The family room with a large Smart TV and SONOS speaker provides a casual spot to relax in overstuffed chairs and a large sofa (queen sleeper). The kitchen has new granite countertops and tile backsplash and is fully equipped with a new Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, stainless oven, microwave, and glass-front cabinets. The kitchen opens to the dining area with a table that comfortably seats 6. There is also a newly renovated private half bath on the second floor for your convenience.

Great location and amenities

Rental was located in an easily walkable distance to the Seaside square which had wonderful boutiques and food trucks. Short walk to the beach. We had two adults and two teens. Plenty of space to spread out with nice outdoor spaces to hang out in as well. Great rental company and lovely beach community.

Wonderful Space in Watercolor

The best location! Parked the car upon arrival and didn't have to use it for the remainder of our trip. The condo is very clean and well decorated. Highly recommend.

Very Nice

The condo itself was very nice - as described in the listing. Its was clean and updated- no issues with the physical property itself! Unfortunately communication with the management company was not very good... especially as guest during the stay. It was our first time visiting Water Color. While we enjoyed our time there... we will not go back. The beach service is terrible. As a family my with young kids- we need to be able to actulally see our children in the water. The beach is so overcrowded being placed on the 3rd or 4th row back doesn't cut it. Not to mention it's an additional $100+ each day for two chairs. If you brought in your own chairs - you had to walk down to the public beach. Same situation at the pools - the especially at the beach club.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Watercolor!

The location was wonderful- just across 30 A from the ocean. We loved the easy beach access and we enjoyed the Adult pool. We enjoyed playing pickle ball at the Watercolor tennis club too. We look forward to returning.

Ideal Location

Second stay in this group of condos. Close to Seaside, but the perks of WC beach club, pools and shopping. 360 Blue makes it easy.

30A-mazing

We loved our stay at this property right on 30-A in Watercolor. We were just steps from a biscuit bakery, candy shop and wine bar! We could walk East and be in Seaside in mere minutes. The property was clean and just as described. We would eat breakfast on the porch and watch all of the action on 30A. Across the street was the beach and the Watercolor Beach Club which we were provided access with our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful neighborhood but problems with beach club passes

Have stayed at Watercolor on numerous occasions through vrbo and 360 blue. This time, we were not left a parking pass or passes to get into the beach club or entrances to the beach. It took over 5 phone calls , 1 email and a 1/2 day of beach time missed for an issue that should’ve been handled the afternoon we checked in.

The unit was well appointed and clean. It provided lots of room for our family of four. Excellent location close to the beach, WaterColor Beach Club, and the town center. The 360 Blue app was very helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We loved our visit! The place is amazing. Very clean. Has all of the amenities (even a hair dryer- and THANK YOU for that!!). Very close to beach and beach club. Would love to stay here again!

Watercolor has everything you need

Loved the new beach club pools and beach access. Great restaurants are walking distance, as is shopping and popular Seaside . Also enjoyed Camp Watercolor lazy river and pools.

We had a fabulous week in Watercolor! The condo was the perfect size for our family and the location was ideal! The condo has clearly been well loved by renters and although very clean, is definitely due for some updates. The master bathroom shower needs to be replaced. It’s old, moldy and very uninviting. The teak bench in there needs to be tossed out immediately!!! The guest bed is comfy but squeak like nothing I’ve ever heard before! Like I mentioned, everything was clean- just a bit worn and stained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return pending a few updates.

Very nice and convenient. My only complaint is the guest bedroom needs a new mattress and maybe firmer bed. 5 ladies went and I put two friends in that room. Mattress was so bad, that one of them slept on the porch swing. Other than that, a beautiful place.

Had a lovely time in Watercolor this summer! This was our second visit to the area and we just want to pack up and relocate. It's such a quaint and beautiful place. The beach apartment was located very close to beach access and walking distance from Seaside. Great location! The apartment was cozy and comfortable. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the master shower. It had some mold and really needs a good cleaning. Besides that it was a great place to stay for our family of five.
