Nice unit and ideal location

The unit was clean and the location is ideal! The pool area is great and we loved the trails around the condos. We like giving five stars but this time there were too many things that were missed. First, we were given an incorrect code to access the key to the unit. It took nearly 45 minutes to get the help needed to get into the condo. Rough start after a long day of travel. Customer Service at Vacasa was the best help for us. Next we were surprised that expected basics were not provided. The shampoo and conditioner were hotel size and we were told that guests are expected to provide their own. Really? The same was true with spices and things like kleenix, zip lock bags, paper to write on.... simple things. Lastly, we notified Vacasa of four fairly significant maintenance items that affected the quality of our stay and needed immediate attention. The unit is nice and a little tired. An investment in some needed upgrades would make it shine. We really like Oro Valley and plan to return.

Lovely

My family stayed at this lovely condo 2 years ago and we were excited that it was still a VRBO option. The condo must see quite a bit of traffic as the entry carpet, kitchen floor, sliding doors, coffee maker and grill are evidence of a lot of use compared to when we stayed before. I guess that testifies to what a nice place it is (management might want to put a little TLC back into a few items in the rental?). That said, it was very clean, well stocked for towels, pool towels, and bedding. There were a couple small things that arose, but were easily managed by phone. We had a late flight from Mesa (early 1 am arrival) and the code did not work in the door- grateful for the extra key on the lockbox. I would highly recommend this condo and the area of Oro Valley- very safe, quiet, and a great location if one is hiking nearby state parks and Mount Lemon. Good shopping in the area for groceries. There is one king bed, they have pushed two twin together for another large size bed, and two twin- just to know for families planning sleeping space.
