Filthy, owner apparently does not care.

Very unclean! listing stated, pool & hot tub. Did not work on property, learned a lesson should have asked if working and he offered no compensation for this. Stated king and queen bed. It was a queen and full size. Owner stated he'd bring a king and we said no. It appeared it had never been cleaned. Outside conditions, backyard horrible with broken things laying around. Poor conditions for an animal to be in. Grill still had food from past usage that never had been cleaned. Owner was bringing a different grill never showed or returned phone message. Toaster/oven disgusting. We never even tried the oven it was so bad and toaster we went out and bought a cheap one. Garage had dirty loveseat/additional trashcan and chair that was supposed to be picked up. Never happened! This owner also owns other rental properties. I'd be very careful renting from this person. I have pictures that I could share if necessary. If I could have left and had my money returned I would have immediately.
