Serenity at its best
The overall experience was wonderful!! The house was immaculate, beds very comfortable and everything we could need was there. The host was most helpful and very accommodating. The view was really terrific. The change in the mountains when the sun went down were spectacular! The patio was very comfortable for sitting during the day with several options depending on where the sun was (shaded area with canopy, table for eating out and two chairs on the patio). A wash next to the house was a great place to see desert plants as many of them were starting to bloom. And a great place for a walk every morning. There were other locations not far from the house for walking too. The location was great and close to stores, church and Catalina Park and other great things. A very memorable stay. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Catalina was an awesome host. All questions were answered and very responsive when I needed something. Loved the views from the patio and location was close to the bike trail and Catalina State Park for hiking. Would make a return visit.

Grace’s Place is a great place to stay!
We had a wonderful vacation while visiting Oro Valley. Rancho Vistoso is a very nice area and close to everything. Property is meticulously maintained and it offers quiet, privacy and amazing open views of the mountains. The owners made sure there is no shortage of outdoor seating in front, side and back yard, to relax and enjoy our surroundings. We had so much fun watching the wildlife! Despite the summer heat, we were able to enjoy our stay and appreciated the garage to keep our car out of the sun. House is updated, comfortable and immaculate. Master bedroom is spacious and our family found the beds very comfortable. Meal preparation is easy. They thought of everything you may need to cook a great meal. We did not eat much at home, but everything is there. We will get better use of the kitchen on our next visit. Upon our request, they greeted us when we arrived and they gave us a tour which was very helpful. It didn’t leave anything to guess work. They made sure we know they are available if we needed anything. We will definitely come again!

While I (Catalina) am your direct contact, my family is equally involved. We handle all the details together and you do not need to deal with a management company. We pride ourselves in being easy to reach and we’ll do our best to make this your best vacation stay ever.

Why they chose this property

We moved from Chicago and didn’t know much about Tucson and its vicinities. We chose Rancho Vistoso area in Oro Valley and soon learned how beautiful it is here. We are surrounded by nature and yet have all the conveniences nearby. Did I mention how beautiful the sky is here? The bluest ever in day time, and the darkest at night with the brightest stars ever. The sun kissed mountains change colors all day long and for a short time at sunset they become pink.

What makes this property unique

On our daily morning walks we noticed this home perched up above the trail. The backyard, side and front yard had incredible views of the mountains, and we kept saying “how lucky are these people to have such a nice view”. One day it came up for sale and we jumped at the opportunity. Now we are “the lucky people” and we want to share this special place with you.
The home is located at the end of the cul-de-sac neighboring the desert trail and the park. The views are amazing! The wildlife surrounding you is so enjoyable. The bird chirping doesn’t stop all day long, the bunnies, javelinas, coyotes, bobcats and even an occasional deer family will be right there for you to enjoy. And how can you not love the cute quail families running right in your front yard or the desert?
