Guests are sure to enjoy a quiet stay in this fully furnished, one bedroom, one bath, a living room with TV/cable and WiFi connectivity and selected streaming services, washer/dryer and a garage equipped with a universal electric vehicle charger. The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a futon-style sleeper in the living room to comfortably accommodate two more people (total of four). The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave/oven and countertop appliances for preparing and cooking light/easy meals for people on-the-go. The garage can easily fit a compact to mid-sized (gas or electric) auto. The unit is situated near a park with (2) lighted tennis courts, playground, picnic areas, and walking/biking trails and paths. Our travelers can enjoy a spacious patio/backyard with an 11-ft wide gate and 22-ft long driveway wide enough to accommodate a small camper or pick-up truck like a RAM 1500.

Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as shopping at La Encantada, Tucson Mall and Tucson Premium Outlets, hiking at Catalina State Park, Sabino Canyon, and Pima Canyon, golfing at the Hilton El Conquistador, Oro Valley Community Center, and The Views. "The possibilities are endless!"

Depending on the time of year, Tucson boasts of the annual Gem Show which usually runs end of January through the first week of February. There are also other events like the Tucson Rodeo in February and the El Tour de Tucson usually held in November to benefit a selected non-profit organization, just to name a few.

We have loved this floor plan for years and jumped on the opportunity to build when Lennar Homes started to develop the Eagles Summit subdivision in 2016! We love the Oro Valley area and we know you will enjoy your visit!
