We have an additional AeroBed, for your convenience, for an occasional overnight guest you might have during your stay. The Casita is close to everything you’ll need. Includes a private, STANDARD LENGTH 1 CAR GARAGE (Please note: Extra Long Crew Cab Trucks will not fit
in a standard garage and there is no street parking permitted per the HOA) & private patio with table and chairs, gas grill and small turf area to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine. This well kept casita is updated on an ongoing basis.

Great Location

Casita is extremely clean with upscale amenities in a quiet community. Very easy to get around to golf courses and dining. Would stay here again.

Mountain View was missing

Well managed property. Very well appointed - host provided everything we could have wanted. The provided garage was appreciated (a bit of a tight fit but workable). We found the house claustrophobic. The only Mountain View available was through 8 foot high windows and we could see the peaks only. Otherwise the view was of the stucco of the main house or an 8 foot high wall. Sitting outside on the fenced in patio/side yard provided almost no sun, except for minimal times of day, and NO views. I hate being negative about this as I don’t see any solution - but it made me feel imprisoned. The neighborhood was mostly quiet with the exception of barking dogs. To my horror, the worst offenders were the hosts 3 dogs. It wasn’t constant or long lasting but sometimes it was early morning, or later in the day when we had our windows open. We love dogs, but barking dogs are not enjoyable to be around. Very nice hosts, very nicely kept - but not scenic or conducive to outdoor living.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at the casita. It was welcoming, clean, and our hosts were so accomodating. They had things stocked for us, and the back yard was perfect for our dog. Odin loved running around and enjoying the sunshine and was definitely not ready to return to c9ld Michigan. We hope to stay again! I can see why they are always booked- they have everything you need, are extremely nice, and the place is a gem. Centrally located to so many hikes, biking trails, and restaurants. Safe neighborhood and the casita feels like "home away from home"

Oro Valley Find

I really appreciated the flexible scheduling! Much of Oro Valley is a 30 day minimum but BJ is more flexible. The guest house was well stocked with coffee, creamer and seasonings. Great location in a quiet neighborhood.

Just right

This location worked well for us. The unit was very well supplied. One suggestion...every reachable cupboard was loaded with all the dishes/glasses/cooking supplies anyone would need. That was great, accept there was no room to store food. Maybe designate a couple cupboards as pantry.

We are empty nesters, originally from PA & NJ, who lived in Tucson for 25 years and left to explore Seattle for a few years. We returned home to AZ, 5 years ago to once again enjoy the desert beauty and the warmer winters we always loved. We are parents, grandparents and dog lovers. We live a quite lifestyle and aren’t retired yet, but look forward to retirement. We take great pride in our private casita, as we do in our own home and you’ll find it to be modern, clean, comfortable and has everything you need! If there is anything at all that you can't find, just ask!

Our Mountain View Casita is a newer, charming, spacious retreat perfect for travelers and snow birds wanting to stay awhile and is close to everything the Tucson area has to offer but is just far enough outside of the city that you can see the stars in the sky at night!
Everything you need is near by! If you need something or have a suggestion, just ask!

What makes this property unique

We offer a small private patio with Mountain Views and a private 1 car standard length garage. Everyone is friendly and the area is quiet and out of the city. Shopping for all your basic needs is close by and a recreation park area with green space, picnic area and a dog park is literally just steps from the front door. We are dog friendly, as is our neighborhood. We ask that you pick up after your dog and we have left a supply of dog supplies under the kitchen sink if you should need it.

The Casita is stocked with an initial supply of Complimentary water, coffee, tea, breakfast bars and snacks to make your arrival comfortable and enjoyable. Remember to drink plenty of water while you are here. The desert is very dry!
