correct dommage que nous n avons pas pu approché la voiture de la maison les abords été pleins de boue très glissante avec des enfants et un devant de porte en pente ... prix du chauffage excessif 59 € pour 6 nuits a payé en suppléments a l arrivé .

La proximité de la villa avec le centre-ville et les sentiers naturels a facilité l'exploration, La cuisine était entièrement équipée, et nous avons apprécié les touches réfléchies comme les couvertures supplémentaires et une cheminée confortable, J'aimerais revenir !

Am ersten Abend hatten wir ein Problem: Ein Zimmer wurde von Wespen befallen. Wir haben den Eigentümer gebeten, das Notwendige zu tun. Jemand in meiner Familie ist allergisch gegen Bisse. Er war nicht begeistert davon, eine Firma zu holen. Nachdem er sich „beschwert“ hatte, kam eine Firma vorbei. Auf dem Dach von zwei Schlafzimmern befanden sich zwei riesige Wespennester. Andere : Insgesamt ist die Hütte schlecht gepflegt: Garten mit Pflanzen bewachsen; nur ein Liegestuhl (wir waren zu dritt und die Hütte ist a priori für 6 Personen...), Küchenschränke, die schlecht riechen, Sofa mit Flecken, Grill nicht gereinigt . Andererseits korrekte Sanitäranlagen (Badezimmer; Toilette); bequeme Bettwäsche. Aber Problem mit dem Parkettboden im 1. Stock: laut wie ein Kaufmann. Ich wollte Ihnen auch sagen, dass ich versucht habe, Belvilla telefonisch zu erreichen (unter der Nummer, um nach Frankreich zu telefonieren). Die Person, die antwortete, sprach nur Englisch und Deutsch!! sehr unangenehm, wenn man nur Französisch spricht. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich eine Belvilla-Reservierung vorgenommen habe. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich das wiederholen werde.

Nous avons séjourné ici en avril et hélas il a pas mal plu. Heureusement, cette maison est à la hauteur de nos attentes et nous a permis de passer un bon séjour malgré ça, parfaitement conforme au descriptif et aux photos, elle est très belle, très bien équipée, parfaitement entretenue et très confortable avec ses deux salles de bains et son accès vers la terrasse depuis une des chambres. La vue sur le château et la montagne depuis le jardin sous le chant des oiseaux est très belle. Je recommande cette maison de vacances!

Het huis was erg donker van binnen zodat je altijd het licht aan moest, vooral in de keuken is heel slecht licht. Verder is de tuin droog en dor en slecht onderhouden. De bovenverdieping is wel naar wens met ruime slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Qua omgeving moet je er altijd me de auto op uit. Vanuit het huis niet veel wandelmogelijkheden. De supermarkt is wel op loopafstand dus dat was fijn.

We hebben prachtige dingen gezien in de omgeving, maar er zat een aantal dingen tegen, zoals het weer en veel restaurants waren óf gesloten óf er was geen kok aanwezig. De tuin is perfect voor hondeneigenaren: compleet omheind, dus onze honden hadden alle vrijheid. De zitbank is hoognodig aan vervanging toe. Normaal gesproken hebben we daar geen last van, omdat we 's avonds meestal buiten zitten in de vakantie. Maar bij 9 graden en regen is dat niet aan te raden. De beheerder is heel lief en lost eventuele problemen z.s.m. op.

Maison ancienne au cœur du cantal

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison ancienne. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et renseignés. Nombreuses activités à vic sur cere et dans les environs :le lioran, salers… Nous avons pu profiter du jardin et du barbecue. Les petits points negatifs : route en contrebas bruyante lorsqu’on est dehors, escaliers très raides.

Malgré un accueil agréable la propreté de ce logement était vraiment médiocre, particulièrement dans la cuisine. Ce qui ne manque pas d'attirer les fourmis... L'équipement est sommaire (machine à café très petite, machine à laver qui fuit...), parfois même vétuste. Le séjour ayant été très pluvieux l'absence d'espace extérieur couvert s'est avéré problématique. Malgré la gentillesse de l'hôte nous ne pouvons pas recommander ce logement.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar met enkele tips voor wat te doe ...

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar met enkele tips voor wat te doen in de omgeving. Er lag een leuk welkomst pakketje met streekproducten voor ons klaar en er liggen talloze boeken en brochures over de regio. Het huis zelf is van buiten en van binnen knus en gezellig, zoals op de foto. De omgeving is prachtig en er is veel te doen. Wij gingen vooral voor het wandelen en dat kun je naar hartelust doen in de Cantal. Een supermarkt is op 10 minuten lopen, voor de rest heb je eigenlijk wel een auto nodig. De N122 die door het dorp gaat is een voordeel en een nadeel. Het voordeel is dat je overal vrij snel bent. Het nadeel is dat het toch een vrij drukke weg is, het huisje zelf ligt er gelukkig net ver genoeg vandaan. De faciliteiten, volledige keuken, twee badkamers, lekkere bedden, een garage, leuke tuin, dakterras, allemaal top!

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar die zijn uiterste best deed om ons zo veel mogelijk te vertellen over huis en omgeving. Is midden in de week ook nog een keer teruggekomen om te vragen of alles naar wens is. Mooi oud huis met dikke muren en luiken. Wij waren hier tijdens de hittegolf in juni waarbij de temperatuur buiten opliep tot 39 graden maar in het huis bleef het behoorlijk koel. Compleet ingericht. Prachtige omgeving om te fietsen en te wandelen. Omheining is goed en daardoor is de tuin uiterst geschikt voor kleine kinderen en huisdieren. Veel privacy.

Eigenaar stond ons op te wachten. Zeer hulpvaardig. Wifi werkte in begin niet. Vrienden werden erbij gehaald om het probleem op te lossen. Huisje was ok, maar geen gezellige verlichting. Voor wandelaars een paradijs. Plaatsjes waren weinig inspirerend.

Het vakantiehuis is mooi, karakteristiek en gezellig. Het heeft een voldoende uitrusting en is opvallend ruim. De tuin is mooi en voldoende ruim om in door te brengen met kinderen. Het huis ligt vrij en in een prachtige, bergachtige omgeving. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtripjes naar romantische dorpen en kastelen in de omgeving, naar wandelingen in de bergen en naar goede restaurants. De eigenaar maakt een hartelijke ontvangst en komt gedurende het verblijf informeren hoe het gaat. Hij is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij bevelen dit vakantiehuis van harte aan.
