Sehr gute Lage, ruhig und doch nah an allem. Unkomplizierte und freundliche Abwicklung, sowie der Check-in und -out. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit verbringen können. Vielen Dank!

Location 14 au 21 juin

Un peu déçus car le jardin n etait pas tondu...sinon sur l annonce est inscrit 3 salles de bain. Il n y en a que 2 (à modifier). Le frigidaire cuisine fuit. Et la porte chambre double ne ferme pas..sinon c est une trÚs belle location

hervorragend gelegenes Haus, ruhig, Centrum fußlĂ€ufig

sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, großer Garten, komplett eingezĂ€unt, Parkmöglichkeit auf dem GrundstĂŒck, Wanderweg in 1 Minute, StrĂ€nde in 5 Minuten, Stadtzentrum in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, großer Wochenmarkt dienstags, mehrere schöne Restaurants in der nĂ€heren Umgebung, Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, WĂ€scheleine im Garten, wĂŒrden dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Beaucoup de défectuosités !

Nous avons trouvĂ© un joli logement mais avec beaucoup de mauvais entretien : - Le lave-linge a refoulĂ© de l’eau savonneuse dans l’évier de la cuisine provoquant de grosses Ă©claboussures au moment oĂč nous cuisinions ; - L’évier avait une mauvaise Ă©vacuation ; -Les 2 tiroirs dessous ont Ă©tĂ© mouillĂ©s avec des flaques d’eau suite Ă  l’utilisation de l’évier qui prĂ©sente un dĂ©faut d’étanchĂ©itĂ© ; -Des 3 poĂȘles prĂ©sentes, 2 Ă©taient dans un Ă©tat d’usure avancĂ©e et la 3Ăšme inutilisable car son fond gondolĂ© ne reconnaĂźt pas l’induction ; - La plaque arriĂšre gauche de la cuisiniĂšre ne fonctionne pas ; - La batterie de douche du rez-de-chaussĂ©e coulait au niveau des robinets qui, de plus Ă©taient trĂšs durs Ă  actionner ; - A l’étage, le flexible de la douche Ă©tait coupant et prĂ©sentait une fuite, l’un de nous s’est coupĂ© ; - La grille du barbecue Ă©tait sale et aucune brosse mĂ©tallique pour le nettoyer - Sous le frigo, Ă  l’extĂ©rieur, il se forme en 1 jour une petite flaque d’eau, il semble que cela provienne d’une mauvaise Ă©tanchĂ©itĂ© au niveau de la porte qui est apparemment dĂ©formĂ©e ; - A l’étage, les poignĂ©es en plastique transparent de la porte de la chambre Ă  lit double tombent ; - Il se forme de la boue en cas de pluie Ă  l’ouverture du portail cĂŽtĂ© maison. La gĂ©rance a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©active et presque tous les problĂšmes ont Ă©tĂ© rĂ©solus rapidement. Toutefois nous avons subi les inconvĂ©nients des interventions. Et le propriĂ©taire Ă  ce jour n'a toujours pas fait de geste !! HĂ©las !!!!

Ideal fĂŒr Strandurlaub und Wanderungen

Sehr schöne DoppelhaushĂ€lfte mit Blick aufs Meer in der 1. Etage. Gute Ausstattung und ruhige Lage. In der NĂ€he des Wanderweges GR34 (100m), Strand 250 m. Stadtzentrum mit kleinem Supermarkt, Restaurants, Cafes Apotheke, usw. FusslĂ€ufig sehr gut erreichbar. Nicht einsehbarer Garten (GrasflĂ€che, Strauchwerk, etc.) Sowie eine große Terrasse mit ausreichend Sitzmöbel vorhanden. Sehr gute Betreuung bei Fragen, WĂŒnschen durch die vorort ansĂ€ssige Agentur.

Tolle Lage

Super Wetter - GR 34 und die wunderbaren Einsamen StrÀnde. Le Conquet ist ein netter kleiner Ort, man kann gut essen gehen und einkaufen. Das Haus liegt ruhig.

Ferienhaus Le Conquet

Die Einrichtung ist modern und stimmig, keine abgelegten MöbelstĂŒcke. Geschirr und HaushaltsgegenstĂ€nde genĂŒngend vorhanden. Alle GerĂ€te funktionierten, Das 3. Schlafzimmer im OG ist nur fĂŒr Kinder nutzbar, die Betten sind zu klein fĂŒr Erwachsene, ist in der Beschreibung nicht erwĂ€hnt! Deshalb sollten die Betten auf Erwachsenen- Format umgestellt werden. Der Garten bzw. der Rasen (Stoppelacker) bedarf dringend einer regelmĂ€ssigen Pflege. Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut top und ruhig.

Schönes Haus, toll gelegen

Dieses schöne und gut eingerichtete Ferienhaus ist wunderbar gelegen: Meerblick, den kleinen Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten, auch GeschĂ€fte sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour - maison confortable et fonctionnelle. excellente situation avec la mer accessible à pied. centre ville accessible également trÚs facilement. seule petite remarque : dommage que la végétation ait poussée et que la mer ne soit plus visible depuis la terrasse - il faudrait qu'elle soit taillée plus "courte" pour conserver la vue qui est en photo sur le site Abritel !

Parfait Ă  tous points de vues

TrĂšs bien situĂ©e Ă  quelques minutes du bourg, port, plage, chemin cĂŽtier GR34. Simple mais trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. L’annonce Abritel ne le prĂ©cise pas, la maison est mitoyenne, sans que ça ne pose de problĂšme.

Maison spacieuse mais jardin moyen

Barbecue rempli d'eau avec des charbons de bois usagers, donc dans un état déplorable, et une grille rouillée. Pas de parasol pour manger dehors , et des chaises à nettoyer. Le matériel extérieure n'était pas en état d'utilisation,. Mais le personnel de l'agence était plutÎt sympathique.

sejour vraiment trÚs agréable au Conquet

La maison est idealement placée à quelques pas du sentier cÎtier, pas trÚs loin du centre ville et du port. Elle est trÚs bien équipée au niveau électroménager. Par contre, nous avons regretté l absence d un grand faitout pour la cuisson des crustacés.

Sehr erholsamer und besonderer Aufenthalt mit dem Meer direkt vor de HaustĂŒr.

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht und hat eine sehr angenehme AtmosphĂ€re. Der Strand ist in KĂŒrze zu Fuß erreichbar und auch der KĂŒstenweg fĂŒr lange Wanderungen fĂŒhrt fast direkt am Haus vorbei. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen und uns sehr gut erholt.
