If you're headed to Martha's Vineyard and are looking for a family-friendly accommodation, make this corner condo your home base and enjoy a shared pool and Har-Tru clay tennis courts, as well as the perfect location for easy access to in-town conveniences and year-round outdoor activities.

Golfers will love being conveniently situated on the edge of Farm Neck Golf Club, and beach lovers will have their choice of two prime locations: Joseph Sylvia State Beach, a mere half-mile away, and Inkwell Beach in Oak Bluffs, just a mile north. Close to home, you'll enjoy a picnic/barbecue area. The family dog is also welcome to come along for an additional nightly fee.

The first-floor home's combo living/dining area ensures plenty of togetherness with your guests, so even when you're in the full kitchen preparing dinner, you won't be left out of all the fun. The kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Congregate for a movie night with the flatscreen cable TV, and relax on the sofa with a snack. Check your email or post photos on social media, thanks to the free WiFi, and the on-site shared laundry facility will allow you to pack light so you can save room for souvenirs and gifts to take home.

Other amenities include a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
