Charming Vineyard Haven Retreat, Walk to Downtown & Beaches:

Experience a relaxing getaway in this charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom home, perfectly located just a short walk from downtown Vineyard Haven and Owen Little Way Beach. Tashmoo Beach is only a quick one-mile bike ride away, making this an ideal retreat for a small family or two couples.

Comfortable & Thoughtfully Designed Interior:

This two-level home features both bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Each bedroom is equal in size, one offers a California king bed, while the other has a queen bed and a twin. Pillow-top mattresses and ample closet space ensure a comfortable stay. The home's expanded bedroom windows (upgraded in 2017) bring in plenty of natural light, and central air conditioning (installed in 2023) keeps the space cool in the summer.

The main level boasts an open and inviting living area with a brand-new (2024) oversized sofa and two armchairs, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The space is bright and airy, with a 50-inch LED TV (cable/DVD) and high-speed wireless internet. A full bathroom is also located on this floor.

The kitchen and dining area are well-equipped for entertaining, featuring a dining table for eight (new in 2023) and a kitchen counter with three bar stools for casual meals. A large-capacity LG washer and dryer are conveniently located in the entryway, along with plenty of closet storage.

Throughout the home, you'll find golden bamboo hardwood floors and an in-wall Bluetooth speaker system with volume controls in each downstairs room.

Outdoor Living & Beautiful Gardens:

Step outside to enjoy a spacious deck with outdoor seating, a large umbrella for shade, and a dining table for al fresco meals. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, complete with a large rainfall showerhead.

The property features a large horseshoe driveway with ample parking and a beautifully maintained lawn and garden, with flowers blooming throughout the season. An irrigation system keeps everything lush and green. For beach outings, the home includes four beach chairs and a cooler.

Additional Details:

Linens and towels are provided, and beds will be made with fresh linens upon arrival.
Renters are responsible for laundering all linens and towels before departure (a large-capacity washer/dryer is available).

Great place for a vacation

Very nice house close to Vineyard Haven Main Street. There’s a sidewalk for easy and safe walking to Main Street. Beds were comfortable, showers and bathrooms were nice, AC units were great once you understand how to use them (property owner sends detailed instructions). Would recommend to friends and would stay here again.

Great location near Vineyard Haven

The house is adorable and cozy and an easy walk to downtown Vineyard Haven for shopping, coffee, dinner, and ice cream! our family of three (with our dogs) really enjoyed exploring the island again after being away for 31 years, and this was a great location to start from. The outdoor shower is a must and, enjoy the local fauna!

Our stay on the island was WONDERFUL and Corey was a fantastic host. The home was charming and in a perfect location. Lovely back porch and yard. Home was well stocked with glasses, mugs, silverware, games etc. and we loved the coffee maker (we may even purchase one for our house!) Thanks for having us — we’d love to come back someday.

Beautifully renovated, walkable to town

Clean and comfortable inside and immaculately landscaped outside. Wild turkeys visited often and were entertaining. The only downside is traffic on Franklin can be busy but with the windows closed noise isn’t an issue.

The perfect cottage in Vineyard Haven

This little house was just right for us. The inside is just as charming as the outside. The location was close enough to easily walk into Vineyard Haven for breakfast. Corey, the owner was so helpful and even arranged to have a neighbor help us adjust the bikes! We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Escape

This house is so charming and very well maintained! Corey was an amazing host who was prompt, communicative and generous! Very convenient location for exploring and relaxing. I would come back to stay the next time we are on the Vineyard.
