Excellent, clean condo that made us feel very much at home. Parking was easy, kitchen was fully equipped, laundry was excellent, and modern AC system was a welcome improvement from some other rental homes on the island. The private deck was also a huge plus. Hosts were very responsive! Perfect for families who like to go to different beaches and visit OB, VH, Edgartown and Aquinnah.

Our week stay at Jonanne and Greggs condo was lovely. Communication was by far the best beyond any other rental we've done on island. The condo was immaculate and location is really centralized to either OB or Edgartown. Amenities offered like bedding, towels, a couple of beach chairs, plenty of kitchen supplies and even a small stock of seasoning really made our stay convenient not having to pack so much.Kids enjoyed the nice walk to the pond and salt water dock. Peaceful to being a chair and read a book. We will definitely be staying again and look forward to it.

Parking was easy and secure. Located in a beautiful quiet setting, very clean, fully stocked, spacious, and a wonderful outdoor deck, which we enjoyed. We would book with them again.Owners were engaged and touched base with us during our stay to make sure all was well.Very good hosts.

Property was nice. The neighborhood was nice. Unfortunately the tennis courts were closed for repairs. I thought it would be more basic essentials like a hairdryer maybe some condiments such as ketchup and mustard. Other than those minor things it was great!

we've been coming to the vineyard for over 30 years and have rented all sorts of places. to be clear, this is not a 'luxurious, brand new, view of the ocean, close to nightlife, people watching' kind of MV rental. it is a 'have pretty much everything you need, comfortable for 2 couples or a small family, close enough (by car or bike path) to everything but far enough away to have some peace, quiet, and privacy' type of MV rental. if you want a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day, make an easy meal for your family, take in the quiet evening (or morning), or hang out and play cards around the table, then this is your spot. the positives about this place are two dedicated parking spots, use of the storage room for our bicycles (no more wet saddles!), a nice deck, two full bathrooms (one is on the main floor but both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor). the staircase to the 2nd floor is kind of narrow though, so if you have mobility issues, beware. the kitchen is small but functional. use of the tennis and pickleball courts and use of a nearby dock to kayak on sengy pond are also very nice perks. the host was very responsive to two minor issues (one of which was our fault), and about which he was very gracious. we would rent again.

Very special girl’s weekend

This was the perfect place to stay for our special girl’s weekend to celebrate the life of our dear friend. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order.

They condo was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, and so wonderfully decorated. The grounds were beautiful, with plenty of places to walk. The hosts were lovely, and very responsive and helpful. We have stayed at many different places over the years, and this is by far our favorite. It was central to everywhere, and perfect for friends, families and couples. Excellent location for an island vacation

The place is conveniently located for a short drive to South Beach and all north shore towns. The unit and the surroundings are well kept and equipped, and comfortable enough for 4 adults. Seating on the deck for breakfast or dinner was a real treat!
