About this property

New chalet of 200 sq.m with panoramic view over the valley and the La Joue du Loup ski resort.
Not overlooked, this contemporary and high standard chalet has 4 floors and is located a few minutes away by foot from the village centre (with shops, restaurants, cinema, tennis court with pool, day care, etc.) and the aerial lifts (start for mountain biking and hiking).
This haven of peace has been designed and organised by an architect and a interior decorator. It is warm, functional, and perfectly equipped.
It is organised as follows:
Basement: a garage, a sauna, and a laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Ground floor: an entrance, a toilet, a lounge area, a TV room (TV, PlayStation, Internet access), dining room (large table and 12 chairs), and a open kitchen with bar and stools (oven, microwave, hob, a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, etc.)
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a bathtub double bowl sinks, 1 shower room with shower and bowl sinks, and WC. All the bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe.
2nd floor: under the roof, a huge room with 4 single beds.
Cleaning is included. Sheets and bathroom linen are provided.

Parfait

Chalet extrêmement agréable à vivre, en famille. Très bien conçu. Son emplacement dans la station est très agréable, sans vis-à-vis avec beau paysage. Propriétaire très attentive et prévenante.

chalet chaleureux, bien décoré, bien équipé

Au top, grand chalet, hyper confortable, super bien équipé, 2 salons, dont un salon télé et de jeux (idéal pour les enfants...) Nous étions 6 adultes + 5 enfants et chacun avait son espace... C'était vraiment bien! FAMILLES AGUETTANT, BOMPARD et PALOP

Chalet très agréable, fonctionnel, bien équipé, au calme et proche des pistes et du centre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres superbe semaine de vacances avec le sauna en plus. superbe vue de la terrasse bref à recommander, rien à dire sur les les prestations annoncées.

Des vacances comme on les aime !

Première fois dans les Alpes. Première fois réussie ! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans votre magnifique chalet très spacieux. Nous étions 13 et pas une fois nous ne nous sommes marchés sur les pieds. Les lieux sont conformes à la description. Nous avons aimé : la vue, le calme, la proximité des pistes et des commerces (tout est faisable à pieds !), la station à dimension familiale qui offre toutefois l’accès à Super Devoluy pour les skieurs confirmés, la literie, la déco (sobre mais avec une touche de fantaisie : on a adoré les trophées de chasse, les lampes en plume et les cartes anciennes !) le salon télé séparé de la pièce à vivre, la PS3 à disposition, les nombreux espaces de rangement, la vaisselle en suffisance, le sauna, le linge de maison fourni, les équipements (machine à laver)… Nous n’avons pas aimé : devoir quitter cet endroit ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
