Perfect location for spending time in Midtown! This is a small, quaint space perfect for the simple couple or family of 4 with small children, who just wants to have a space to lay their head after playing in midtown all day! If you’re the bougie type that needs all the bells and whistles this isn’t the place for you!We truly enjoyed the walking distance to everything and the peacefulness of the “river” right out the front door. The optional hot tub was a nice touch too!! We will definitely stay again sometime!

The best was very comfortable and amazing location. The sound of the stream outside the windows was perfect. Instructions and expectations were clear. Quaint,older cabin and decor. Smelled a bit stuffy but a you would expect that with a cabin. The only issue we had was the batteries in the remote went out and had to go to the store for new ones at 830pm. The batteries in the lantern were also out. We would stay here again.

Excellent location, older but clean and a very comfortable bed. When I checked in I didn’t realize it was down a set of stairs so if you have a lot of luggage and a mountain bike like I did request the top floor. Couple of issues when I checked in were that someone had thrown a wad of paper towels in the toilet and the light was burned out in the kitchen. Which the property manager or the cleaning crew should have caught. The other two items there was a 85 pet fee that I didn’t catch before I booked and the hot tub is an extra charge to use. I’d recommend but wish the extra fees would have been more clear up front.

We had a wonderful stay in the cabin! The host was very accommodating, even with our short notice of booking the cabin. It is in a wonderful location for walking around to all the fun things in the town of Ruidoso. The hot tub was very nice and clean. The place was stocked with all the kitchen things we needed as well. Highly recommend.

We are undoubtedly among the worst people to ask. As architects and designers, experienced travelers and business people, our standards and expectations exceed the norm. The geographical location is ideal. The host was lovely. The pet-friendly option required that we bring and use our own bedding, which involved changing the bed before and after our stay. The unit itself was antiquated, dimly lit, poorly and cheaply equipped with little to no attention given to detail or security. I will not say more, because out consultations are not free. The only thing I will recommend is that the investors in these units either upgrade what they offer or lower their rates—or sell to someone who will.

This stay was an ideal location to downtown Ruidosa, with wineries, breweries, shops and restaurants. The scenery is nice from the balcony. Rental overlooks a river and woods. Reed was easy to reach and helpful. I recommend this stay.
