We are thrilled to hear that your large family group enjoyed our peaceful location near Ubud, the daily breakfast, and the hard work of our housekeeping team.At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment with the swimming pool. Tropical weather and heavy daily use can sometimes affect water balance quickly, but our temporary fix clearly wasn't enough during your stay. We have since brought in a specialized pool maintenance service to overhaul our filtration and cleaning routine so this won't happen again for future guests.
