We are Palm Springs residents in love with Palm Springs! This property is NOT a personal residence but set up as a vacation rental stocked with all the necessities to enjoy the home, pool and beautiful, professionally designed inside and out. Fabulous view from the back yard with fire pit, lounging furniture and outdoor eating with misters to stay cool in the desert heat.
We love staying there and come out whenever we can.
I am an RN and my husband is a teacher. We are available to out guests and also have a 24/7 house manger who lives 10 minutes away from the property.

Why they chose this property
Luxurious with multiple custom features.
The inside and out, with unbeatable mountain views, lush desert landscaping, unique pool/spa where comfort and beauty as a priority, this home was irresistible.
Originally owned, completely remodeled and professionally designed as a vacation rental by our friend Joshua Cain of Saxony DesignBuild. We spent many memorable weekends there with him over the years. We were thrilled when he decided to sell his successful vacation rental and jumped @ the chance to own it for ourselves.
This property has been a vacation rental since 2013 and has received over 60, 5 star reviews.

What makes this property unique
NO ELECTRICAL WIRES TO OBSTRUCT ANY VIEWS. All wires are buried. This is very difficult to find in Palm Springs.
The entire south side of the home is all French doors that open to the back yard, let the light in but shaded with an overhang so it doesn't get too hot. The drapes were created for the home and are heavy enough to block out the heat. High end kitchen appliances with large island makes cooking a pleasure.
Furniture is beautiful/comfortable and the custom flooring can withstand wet feet when coming inside from the pool. Being a bit farther away from the mountain is key to the success of the outdoor spaces in the house; you get almost an extra hour of sunlight (and sunsets) during the day as compared to the homes close to downtown. Downtown is about 1 mile.
