New air-conditioned apartment downtown on the marina 2 minutes from the beaches
Located in the heart of the city, directly on the marina and 2 minutes from the beaches, this new, air-conditioned 2-room apartment (50 m²) is located in a traditional Corsican stone house.
It is on the 1st floor of the house and consists of a terrace overlooking a garden and the marina, a living room (with a 140 cm sofa bed), a bedroom (bed double 140 cm), an open fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave ...), a bathroom (WC, washing machine) and separate toilet. Linen and sheets are provided.
All the rooms are facing the sea, with a superb view of the Valinco gulf and the mountain.
The shops, restaurants of the city center are within walking distance and the bases for nautical activities (diving, windsurfing, sailing, jetski) as well as boat rentals and sea trips are at the foot of the house.
A deposit of € 500 will be requested upon delivery of the keys and payable by check to the owner.
