This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa features ocean and golf course views and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Enjoy the convenience of cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen and relax in the spacious living room area featuring a Queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with cable, and free Wi-Fi. All new furnishings as of July 2024. The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed (new as of July 2024), flat screen TV with cable and ensuite bath featuring a shower / tub combo. The master bedroom opens to the large lanai offering beautiful sunset views! In the guest bathroom, you will find a mosaic tile shower, sink, and your own washer and dryer. If you prefer chilled air to ocean breezes, this villa features central air conditioning.

The Kapalua Golf Villas offers guests 4 family-friendly pools and does not have resort or parking fees. The units will have stairs to climb either up or down to the front door and the complex does not have elevators. Staying in the prestigious neighborhood of Kapalua, you will enjoy being close to restaurants, tennis courts, two golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop, and beaches such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay, and more!

Very spacious and quiet space to base our stay on west Maui. Clean and stocked with kitchen basics, laundry detergent and great beach basics like chairs, umbrella and big towels. Great value for this part of Maui and near beaches, restaurants and lots of activities.

A perfect Maui stay!

We love the Golf Villas and have stayed there 9 times, starting in 2010. Kapalua allows us to hike so many different trails, we can watch the whales, go to the beach, or hang out at the pool. It was a perfect, relaxing holiday! We are anxious to go back!

Best condo

The location was perfect with views of the ocean, Molokai and Lanai! We spent lots of time on the expansive lanai, eating and watching the sunset and then the stars. It's a spacious unit and was very quiet when we were there. The kitchen pots and pans could be replaced and the Teflon is old and the stainless warped. But I still managed to prepare some delicious meals with local fruit and vegetables. Great beaches are nearby and a fantastic vegan restaurant 10 minutes away. Plenty of beach chairs and coolers. Even snorkel gear if you don't have your own. The rental company is very responsive to any questions or requests.

The condo is exactly as pictured. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is decently stocked. The condo was as clean as it could be. I also appreciate enough laundry and dish soap to get through the week. All that said, the condo needs a spruce. The door to the patio is almost impossible to open. The TV in the living room is ridiculously small and the couch is very uncomfortable. All the surfaces are very dated and cannot be cleaned properly. The AC sounds like a plane is landing in the hallway. The carpet is dirty. It has the potential to be a great unit with a little investment and the time is passed to do it.

Great Location! Perfect Views!

This is an amazing location if you want to stay in West Maui. The views from the place could not be beat! Perfect Stays is also an awesome company to work with. Everyone was so helpful and available for questions on both email, text and phone. I think they're probably the best management company I've worked with since I started using home rentals for vacations! They were great. The apartment, though a great location, is a bit outdated. The kitchen isn't really outfitted for cooking. If you just use the fridge to keep leftovers and microwave, you'll be fine. The entire place hasn't had a remodel in a while so if you're looking for something swanky, this isn't the place. But again, the location is perfect and the views were stunning! Note that West Maui and particularly this area is under a constant drizzle, which we loved! Even when it was hot in other parts of Maui, we'd get back to our place and it was a cool drizzle falling. Just perfect!

As you know the unit was not good so we moved to a much better one. Problems: when barefoot the caroet nails where the carpet meets the tile would stick you. Next, the LR carpet was dirty and stained. The unit has much wear and tear. For Kapalua must be upgraded. The sofa sleeper most uncomfortable. The floor of the small shower had areas where the surface is eroded. The shade in the master BR is broken. The fit and finish of caninets is poor. The electrical outlets are tan but the walls are white. Oddly the smoke alarm is a dark tan.

Ants, Mold, Poorly Equipped Kitchen are just for starters

Quick Summary Pros - Great View - In Condo Washer/Dryer Cons - Mold - Ants - HARD Mattress (could be a pro for some) - POORLY equipped condo (one uneven 2 qt pot, 7" pan was about it, not even a pizza pan) - Shower with low pressure - Shower 2, unusable / dirty upon arrival Upon arrival, musty / moldy smell was OVERPOWERING and before we could get our rental car unloaded, the ants were all over the kitchen. Contacted management company and they came out and sprayed, and provided some DampRid for the mold smell. Didn't help with the ants and a little. Of course they come out to bring the new furniture for the patio (small drink table), at which point we showed them the shower head / water pressure in second bathroom (completely unusable). Work order submitted, still waiting. No response from anyone after that. Pitchers of ant trails sent to MPS, no response. After five days of fighting ants (no cooking of food in the condo) with no additional help, drove an hour into town to get some ant gel, which at least allowed us to be able to cook. Of course, we couldn't leave anything out. Cold bread is better than no bread I guess. Condo is in desperate need of an update. Even half of the bulb in the lamps didn't work. Bring plenty of zip lock bags, you'll need them.

Old, worn and dirty

Right when we walked into the condo unit we were greeted with stained carpet, cabinets that are worn, damaged and sticky to the touch. The unit is old, very worn and with damaged cabinets and furniture, and just dirty...I didn't want to touch anything. The location is beautiful with an excellent view of the Ocean. The management company did response to the broken toilet, broken sliding glass door and broken cabinet door. They did not respond to the stained carpet and cleanliness in general.

Beautiful views

Kapalua Golf Villas never disappoint. The unit is a bit dated and amenities are at a minimum, but it is clean and has all that is really needed. The view is one of the best in the villas. Quite, well kept property. Surrounded by great restaurants and beaches, all within a short walk.

We enjoyed our stay in 23T4,5. The property was as advertised, clean and well equipped. This is our 8th trip to Kapalua. We love this resort with beautiful beaches in walking distance. The view from the lanai is one we never tire of. Looking forward to next year.

looks good but function leaves much to be desired

Condo was 83 degrees when we arrived. Six hours later it was still 79 degrees. We called and were offered fans! we were told the next day someone would be there to check it even though the rules book said A/C was considered an emergency. Living room blind DOESNT block the sun so squinting was normal until the sun set. My husband had to spend time picking cereal out of the carpet so it wouldn't stick to our feet. Makes one wonder what else wasn't cleaned. Furniture wasn't comfortable. Who puts faux leather chairs in a warm climate? Couch wasn't comfortable. We have stayed at Golf Villas twice before and had a wonderful experience. That unit wasn't available or we would have rented it.We have been coming to Hawaii for the past 20 years every year and this was our worst stay Fire alarm went off. We called and no one ever called back.
