Our condo is located on the second (top) story overlooking the 5th tee at Sierra Star Golf Course. With two sets of sliding glass doors and large windows on each side, the Southern exposure provides morning light and some spectacular sunrises through the trees towering out front.
Large two bedroom (1100 sq ft) at Bigwood. Downstairs has one-bedroom with Queen bed and full bath across hall. Upstairs has two Full beds, Bunk Beds ( as well as additional sleeping pad if needed), plus full bath.
This past February (2/23) we installed new tile for entryway, kitchen and fireplace hearth, as well as NEW CARPET AND TILE throughout condo.
Downstairs provides living room, dining area and kitchen. There are three flat screen TVs...70" in living room and DVD player, 55" in downstairs bedroom, and 42" upstairs.

Kitchen has all you would need to cook a large meal, including crockpot, rice cooker, blender and plenty of cookware. Coffee maker, bean grinder.

Includes a garage. Although we are on the top floor, Unit has a private walk way and only 7 stairs up front door.
Condo is a very short drive to both Eagle Lodge and Canyon Lodge.

At the top of Majestic Pines Dr. and Kelly Rd. is shuttle stops to Eagle, Canyon, the Village and Main Lodge that runs every 20 minutes in Winter, free.

Garage (also #70) is just across the drive from unit, with lots of additional parking available both directly in front of condo (see Pics) as well as in front of Pool/Jacuzzi area and along Majestic Pines Dr.
