Sleeps 8, 2 Bedroom PLUS huge loft bedroom, 1350 sq. ft, has 2 rooms downstairs and 2 bathrooms downstairs and huge open loft upstairs with bathroom. Giant Steps condos are Ideally located next to the tubing hill. There is also a shuttle that takes you to the Navajo Ski slope. All ski slopes can be accessed from Giant Steps side as well if you did not want to take the shuttle.

Make sure to visit the condo in the off season and visit Bryce Canyon (1 hr 14 min away) or drive to Zion (1 hr 27 min), Brian Head Resort has unmatched access to some of the country's best skiing, snowboarding, tubing, sledding, fishing, hiking, fly fishing, kayaking, mountain biking, ATVing, and many more activities! In the summer, take a ride to Cedar Breaks (5 miles away) there is an easy hiking trail called Alpine Loop trail or just admire the stunning canyon views.

This spacious condo has all the comforts of home, Wii-Fi, deluxe community amenities, including a Clubhouse (pool table, foosball, ping pong, and darts), sauna, hot tub,, laundry room and more!

Our family friendly condo is perfect for 2 families traveling together. We are bldg. III and on the top floor. Although there are no people elevators, there is an elevator for your luggage. The advantages of being on the 3rd floor are the vaulted family room ceiling and no noise coming from above! The bottom floor bed and family rooms all face the slopes for a spectacular view. The condo has 2 full bedrooms downstairs, 1 huge loft upstairs and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin sized bunk beds. The loft has an L-shaped couch containing an inflatable queen bed (can fit 3 people) and a twin bunk bed which makes a great space for the kids or a second family. There is also a private bathroom in the loft.

Enjoy a fun-filled, memorable stay at Brian Head when you stay at this Southern Utah vacation condo. Make sure to come back in the summer for hiking and mountain biking or take the kids fishing at Bristlecone pond (short walk from condo) or Panguitch lake (34 min)!
