The house has a surface of 110m2 on one level on 450 m2 of land completely fenced, with a closed garage.

It consists of a large living / dining room with fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher ...), 4 pleasant bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 with double beds and 2 with single beds, 2 bathrooms. bath (one with bath and one with shower) and 2 independent toilets.

This family home is fully restored and furnished new.

A laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
Linen (sheets and towels) are not provided. They can be provided against payment in addition.

Terrace with outdoor table and chairs, as well as sunbathing.

Villa ideal for 2 families, because this house is composed of 2 wings each comprising 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.

les hÎtes ont été trÚs accueillants et agréables. la proximité de la petite plage était plaisante. nous avons bien profité de la plage des sablettes tout proche et les villes à cÎté de la Seine sont trÚs interessantes. La maison est trÚs bien équipée et correspondait bien à notre famille avec deux espaces de nuits différents équipés chacun d'une salle de bain. le seul regret: nous aurions aimé que pour le prix le ménage soit compris.

Bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans une villa bien adaptée à deux familles avec enfants et bien clÎturée pour le chien. Petit bémol pour la plage des sablettes (10 minutes en voiture) il faut parfois tourner un moment pour avoir une place de parking qui cela dit sont gratuites. Bonne adresse à retenir.

Le sĂ©jour dans cet appartement fut trĂšs agrĂ©able et nous demeurons satisfaites de cette expĂ©rience. L’appartement est tout Ă  fait recommandable, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© avec tout le nĂ©cessaire ! L’environnement fut calme et la plage juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© un vĂ©ritable dĂ©lice. Pas trop loin des transports en communs, nous n’avons eu aucun problĂšme pour nous dĂ©placer sans voiture !
