Had good resort activities

Had good resort activities. Front office staff was ok. I asked for a bottom level and quit but was left with a very loud villa next to the road. I thought since the owner was premium I would get more choice, but the front office said no. The communication manager seemed nice. Probably stay there again but would make sure I got a room I wanted

Just okak

The check in process was horrible and set a negative tone. It took more than 45 minutes at midnight even though I kept saying we needed to get up at 5 for a softball tournament. Staff at check in acted uninterested in customer experience. The rental was fine but not much more than a hotel room leaving an overall Impression it wasn’t worth the price. There is no housecleaning service which challenging for our group of 5.
