In addition to 1,200 square feet of space and room for up to 8 guests, the spacious Two-Bedroom Villa Resort features a king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer and private balcony or patio. Master bedroom included a jacuzzi, patio. Full dining room, living room and closets. All dishes, soap, detergent included. large size refrigerator and ice maker included. All kitchen cookware and supple is also included.

Orlando Stay

Two bedroom suite was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the location as it was close to the Orange County Convention Center for our conference. Beds do need upgraded as they seemed a little older and uncomfortable.

Everything was great . The only thing was water park is not included in your stay it’s 25$ per person , I reached out to host also about that , and that was my only question and I never received a reply. So the only thing they need to work on is responding to guests

Great resort experience

Easy to reserve, decent communication. I wish the listing was more clear that the waterpark admission is a separate cost. But overall the resort was great and lots of pools available to use without additional cost.

I was in Orlando over a long weekend visiting family we needed more space than typical hotel room with 4 people and dog. It was the ideal location and price. I was impressed with how everyone at Westgate welcomed us and helped us during stay. Would definitely recommend for people traveling to Orlando for the attractions as well. Thanks

Good for big groups

Spacious for big groups. Pet friendly - there was an unexpected $ 100 non refundable pet fee when we arrived at check in. The room had a musty odor and furniture could use updating, bed was lumpy and not very comfortable. Good value for price. This is a time share, we received a phone call before our stay offering a " free breakfast with a presentation" upon declining, the person on the phone became a bit rude and asked if I don't eat breakfast. Other than that, good location and nice pool area. Good value for price.

Westgate Lake Resort

Overall the resort was nice, but a couple of things should be addressed. The first is the WIFI is terrible. you have to sit outside your rooms to get some sort of connection. The pool areas stay open until 11pm but people don't go by the rules. Loud music and people are out way past the 11pm times, it was almost 12am by the time people left.

Hot and bugs

A/c didn’t work. The coldest our room would get at night is 76. After calling front desk the maintenance guy vacuumed something in the attic and it cooled down to 73 for one night. Then went back to 76 the next night. Little ants in kitchen and bathroom. The resort was nice for what we payed and the location Is awesome. Under 30 minutes from everywhere.

The Pictures on VRBO looked dated and I took a risk at my wife's approval to just move forward and book Westgate Lakes, and I'm thrilled we did so. From the time we met our host "Jake" to the time we checked in and out the stay here couldn't have been any better. Massive amount of space in their two bedroom villa. All the things you would ever need to stay in and cook if you wanted to, we only ate dinner one night at the resort and honestly, it was just as good if not better than what we got elsewhere for half the price. The game room was tons of fun as well. My three boys (and wife) all enjoyed themselves and we'll 10000% come back to stay here again. Love this place and location to everything. Like 3 min from Seaworld and their waterpark, like 5 min from Universal and 8-10min to all the Disney parks. I'll be back fo sho!

Good times at Westgate!

Family week getaway at Westgate was overall great! There was a slight hiccup at check in, and property manager efficiently handled it. Property had useful amenities. The arcade/bowling/ convenience store were definitely used. Plenty of pools to checkout in the property. The water park in the property did require a separate fee, but worth it. Located near everything! Location Location Location. We visited the parks for the family + night life for the adults. The room had a few spots that could be cleaner, I just have an eye for that kind of stuff, but it was clean. Loose drawer handles, wiggly doorknobs for bedrooms. Nothing that negatively impacted the experience. The staff was great.

Fantastic Villa

6 ladies enjoyed a stay at this Villa for a quick weekend trip. The resort is huge, near great theme park locations, and the room was exceptionally clean. Contacts were also very quick to respond via text message when we had questions about the check out process. Would stay again!

Good Value Very Nice Staff

I have almost only great things to say about our stay here. The check in was very easy, the staff was always very friendly, everywhere from check in to being guided to our room, to being greeted quickly whenever we walked into any building or the main lobby someone always said hello, asked to help and helped with everything quickly. I needed help with a TV remote and got it very quickly, and the amenities everywhere were clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was the windows of the room themselves, they were older/had a couple broken pieces and the highway noise from cars/outside noise was pretty noticeable because of this. Also if you're someone who is a light sleeper, the window blinds/windows don't darken the rooms very well, so a minor suggestion is an upgrade to windows/curtains so the sleeping was better with respect to light and sound. Overall the price/amenties was really good and we felt like we got a really good deal. The resort had tons of really nice amenities, the pool, stores, activities were all nice/clean family friendly. This is a great family resort.

Westgate Lakes was great. Beautiful, extremely clean, lots of space, excellent communication with texting. The only thing that we counted off was that registration took an hour, but the people behind the front desk were lovely. It was just crazy crowded. We would definitely stay again!!

Value stay with the family

The condo is very spacious and has nice screened balcony for our little one to enjoy. The lake walk is very pleasant and our property manager responded quickly. The only downside is the long checkin process.

Best place!!

We enjoyed our trip/ our room so much! It's in a great location close to the pool and water park. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing I would suggest is getting oven mittens along with pans we went to cook something and there were none. Other than that it was great!! Can't wait to come back ☺️
