This condo was amazing. Great location, the pool and game room for kids. The management staff was accommodating and responsive. The Hyatt staff allowed me to park my oversized vehicle in the roundabout instead of two blocks away. I use a wheelchair and the parking, building, and condo were all accessible! Thanks…

Wonderfully spacious property!

Wonderfully equipped and spacious property. Shirt walk/shuttle ride to Canyons base. Ability to ski in/out only when there is enough snow coverage to open lift closest to the Hyatt Centric. We were there too late in the season to enjoy this amenity. Very attentive property manager throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!

Ski Trip

We had a great time here, the unit was clean and as described, the host was available to communicate, and the Hyatt staff was helpful. A couple small notes: 1) I had to reach out to the host for checkout instructions the day of checkout instead of them being sent to me in advance, but the host replied promptly.2) make sure you ask the ski valet staff how to ski back to the valet, it's easy to figure out how to ski out and get to Red Pine Gondola, but there are only two very specific ways to get back in (otherwise you're walking from the Canyon's Village), but once you know them it is easy.

Spacious and beautiful but could use some repairs

It was off season so we enjoyed the deal we got for this property. It is beautiful and spacious and has lots of potential, and the valet service was fantastic. I am glad we did not pay full price as there are some things in need of repair and cleaning (door to deck did not latch or close, sheets were questionable as to cleanliness, very basic cheap necessities (soaps, paper products, etc..), toilets not working great, etc... and the elevator in the building also seemed to be making concerning sounds. Hopefully they will be working on some of these things during the off season because it could be really nice.

GREAT LOCATION BUT THE CHECK IN PROCESS WAS POOR AND THE CONDITION OF THE CONDO WAS BELOW WHAT WAS REPRESENTED IN THE PICTURES ONLINE. LESPRI WAS NOT GREAT AT FOLLOWING UP. WE REQUESTED A CABLE BOX OR ROKU FOR A BEDROOM THAT THEY NEVER DELIVERED AFTER CALLING AND TELLING US IT WOULD BE.

Beautiful Penthouse in the Heart of the Canyons

A beautiful and spacious property with gorgeous views and exceptional amenities. A perfect location for skiing the quieter side of Park City. It's normally a ski-in ski-out property, but the Sunrise Lift is closed for the season. (a Vail decision beyond the Hyatt Centric's control) But no worries. There's a shuttle that runs every 10 minutes or whenever you need it. It's only a 3 minute shuttle trip to the Red Pine Gondola and the shuttle drivers and staff are extremely accommodating. In fact, the shuttle probably gets you where you need to be quicker than the Sunrise Lift! At the end of the day we skied back to Hyatt Centric's ski valet door where we left our skis on the rack. Each morning our skis were waiting for us in front of the main entrance as well as our friendly shuttle driver. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat!
