Charming home with beautiful hardwood floors, completely remodeled throughout, near downtown, recreational trails and dining. This home has all you need for your stay in Rochester. Organic cotton linens, Serta mattresses, cable tv, high speed wifi and a quiet street. We take great pride in selecting quality, comfortable furnishing. This is a smoke-free, pet-free, and carpet-free home. We pride ourselves on providing a clean environment for those visiting Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital.
The main floor has 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 1 single) and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The second floor has 1 bedroom (1 queen) and a half bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, tupperware, spices and more. We provide all linens, towels, and utilities. Full size washer and dryer in the storage only basement.
We provide the following items in all of our homes (enough to get started, you may need to refill depending upon the length of your stay):
• Dishwasher soap
• Laundry detergent
• Towels (each bathroom has a set of four towels)
• Full set of linens for each bed
• Dish towels
• Toilet paper

Cozy and convenient

We stayed at this VRBO for 6 weeks while my spouse was going through cancer treatment. The home is super cozy and adorable. It made our stay comfortable. The owner is responsive, the neighbors are friendly and the location is convenient to the Mayo. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home-away-from-home for a family writing retreat!

My mom and I had a fantastic 10 days working on writing projects in this cozy, bright, clean and comfortable home. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood that is great for walking, close to many parks, near downtown and places to shop for necessities (including a wonderful food co-op). The owner was responsive to questions, helpful and friendly. We definitely hope to stay here again.
