We’ve stayed here twice now. It’s always clean. The host responds quickly. They have some movies, games, books in the condo for entertainment. They have beach towels, chairs, and a couple floats. We love that it has a golf cart. Perfect place to stay!

Great amenities! We loved the beach chairs and toys provided. Golf cart was the best one we've had at a rental, beds were super comfortable and loved the fan provided for white noise. This condo was perfect for our stay and Matt was the most responsive host we've ever worked with!

We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect, everything was within easy walking distance, from great restaurants and shops to fun entertainment. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was clean and well-appointed. We chose this building due to its proximity to the conference center. We have stayed in Sandestin several times, but this was the first time we had a golf cart. It truly was a game-changer. Balcony was great with a view of the pool. Access to the pool and gym was convenient; just a short walk down the hall to the door that leads out to the area. Beach chairs/floats were a plus since our car was tight on space. Matt was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Fantastic condo, beds were comfy, and it was the perfect size for our family. The location was perfect, only a walk to the wharf for family activities and restaurants. The gold cart was perfect for going to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
