4 bedrooms and an office; 3 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets 2 terraces one south and back to the west, an outdoor plancha, laundry with washer and dryer, convenient laundry hole at all levels many dressing. The kitchen is modern and practical has a traditional oven and a steam oven, a warming drawer, a microwave, washing machine, telescopic hood etc. and many amenities ... A laundry room next door; with freezer. The
 kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room is also open on the large south-facing terrace ip but protected by advanced roof .the household service is recommended at the end of the stay as well as the service sheets, towels and bath towels. The house is neat, all the equipment is new.

Jolie maison d’architecte bien meublée. Très bon emplacement au calme dans les pins .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison confortable près des centres d’activités, commerces et plage Pereire tout en restant au calme.

Nous avons passés un magnifique séjour, dans cette maison magique ou les écureuils défilent dés le matin. L ' endroit très calme toute en étant en ville, la maison très confortable et très lumineuse avec de grandes baies vitrées. Une décoration de très bon goût. La plage a proximité est très agréable. Merci encore à Mr et Mme SCHMEDER pour votre gentillesse. J espère à bientôt.

Nous avons passés un magnifique séjour, dans cette superbe maison. Très content des prestations, endroit très calme toute en étant en ville. La plage à proximité très agréable. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Nous recommandons vivement cette location car elle s'est un havre de paix . Merci encore Mr et Mme SCHMEDER pour votre gentillesse, nous avons passés de merveilleuse vacances, nous avons vraiment eu un coup de foudre pour la région.

Villa d'un goût parfait

Villa présentant tout le confort moderne et un charme fou. La nature est présente partout (bal des écureuils le matin, mimosas en fleurs au printemps et pins à perte de vue), alors que le centre-ville, le Moulleau et les plages sont à deux pas. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille inoubliable !
