Beautiful architect-designed country house, pétanque and hiking, beaches 5 min away!

Our villa is located on a beautiful river, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, One room is dedicated to children with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people.
It was completely renovated in 2014, inside and out. The swimming pool, jacuzzi (spa) and air conditioning are nine (December 2014) and are controlled remotely through your smartphone.
Close to 95 you can go to South beach very quickly. The living room is very large, it consists of two rooms and a large kitchen.
The neighborhood is very quiet. You can park up to 3 cars.

A lovely place

I really enjoyed staying in this comfortable villa. The decoration is modern, there is lots of space, and everything is new and spick and span. The kitchen and living areas are particularly large, open and cozy. I recommend it for couples, groups of friends, and families, there is really plenty of room (and parking space). The area is also nice and calm, you can get to South Beach in no time.

A lovely stay in family !

To celebrate our 40 years of marriage with my wife, we decided to rent this villa with my entire family ! Everybody was so happy to discover such nice place. Plus, the swimming pool was equipped with alarms, and there were baby beds and strollers for our grandchildren, very useful and comforting for parents. Everything is associated to satisfy the younger as the older!

Wonderful stay

Seven days of craziness ! First we were in Miami with friends, we could go to Miami Beach, The Everglades, did shopping, go to restaurants and bars because the villa was perfectly situated ! But you don't even need to go out to feel in holidays. You have everything you need at the disposal.

Nice place, close to the beach

We had a great time in this house, all is brand new and the property manager Venessa was sooo nice with us. She speaks english french and spanish... The house is 10 min away from miami beach and 15/20 minute from the surside beach (our teenagers love surf).

Go for it !

The greatest idea I had ! I was so happy and released to see that it was even more beautiful than on the pictures ! Fully equipped, with the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi, my friends and I passed the best holidays since a very long time.

For a German like me, discovering Miami and its sunshine was so great ! In a dream villa ! I could have passed all my week in the Jacuzzi and in the swimming pool if my wife didn't force me to visit and get away from the house that was really really well-equipped, modern !! Can't explain how great it was ! Miami !!!

Going to Miami was a dream but I lived ANOTHER dream when I enter into the house. I hope it would be cool but not at this point. Even if we badfully had 3 rainy days, the villa was enough nicely to forget those details. Thanks to the lower who was very present for us.

Oh wonderful place !

Such a nice place for families with young children ! We were glad to see that there were pushchairs, baby beds, pool alarm. About the pool, we were really pleased to see that it was just renovated. The house is in a quiet area just next to a lovely river. It's the ideal compromise to satisfy everybody! She looks like to say " You wish is my command". Moreover, it's perfectly clean, equipped, tastefully decorated, the staff is really really nice and the owner is always reachable and thoughtful. I absolutely recommend to plan your stay in this wonderful house.

Amazing villa !

I think we were the first to rent the villa (8 girlfriends came to party in Miami) . Everything is very "design", well organized, clean and well equipped. The villa is close to miami beach (15 minutes drive) and not far from the airport. However, renting a car is mandatory . I highly recommend this house +++++++ xoxoxoxoxo Sam. P.S : Next time we will rent jetskis ... to return to the villa by the river from Miami beach !

My stay at Peulven House in Plestin-les-Grèves was truly exceptional. This spacious villa is impressively equipped and perfect for large groups of families or friends. The well-appointed kitchen and comfortable bedding made our stay a delight. What sets this place apart is the serene tranquility it offers; it's a peaceful escape from the daily grind. The ample space allowed us to relax without feeling crowded, and the layout strikes a balance between privacy and communal areas. Five stars experience

Miami is a beautiful busy cosmopolitan city worth discovering. My daughters, grandson, my wife and myself had a wonderful time there back in April and the top quality housing had a lot to do with this positive experience: the neatness and comfort, the lovely view on the water, and the proximity to the beach/ Surfside/ many natural parks/good restaurants/ Hal Harbour...etc. We rented two cars, explored the diverse attractions the city offered, and enjoyed returning to and waking up in a very comfortable and tastefully equipped villa. Worst stay ever

Worst stay ever no air condition no response when trying to contact someone the pool was filthy with no instructions on how to work it worst living arrangements ever. Really want a refund or discount.

Air conditioning system is new and it should not have happened and it never happened before (your comment is our first negative comment). I have already offered you compensation, I can not do more. When can we come back ?

I'm so glad I took the right decision by choosing this Villa ! It's the best vacation I ever had in 40 years ! This year we decided with my husband to please us and our 3 children who never traveled before. We choose Miami because it was a dream destination for all of us. I looked a lot of summer houses on website but it's this one that caught my attention ! It's even cutter in real than in pictures ! I was so happy to discover an amazing kitchen fully equipped, bedrooms for each one and really nice bathrooms, all well-decorated and very comfortable ! Just next to a really cute river, the view is pleasant, and the amazing swimming pool is just waiting for you. Can you imagine yourself and your love drinking a glass of champagne in the Jacuzzi looking at your children playing in the pool ? Now that I did the experience I just want to go back there as soon as possible ! I promise you won't be disappointed !

Great Choice!!!!!!

I sated at this lovely Villa for 5 days, for a 50th Birthday celebrations with other family members this was perfect , perfect for the occasion everyone was very impressed with the home I have never written a review but felt compel to do one in this case. The owner is really nice, gets back to you right away,and give you a sense of assurance, that made me comfortable to rent this home. The pros, the house is clean and spacious for large family vacation, Its in a safe quite neighborhood close to I-95 but by no means i feel has Villa Status. An amazing large kitchen ideal for family gatherings, comfortable beds, the house is fully decorated in modern furnishings.Close to Aventura mall and Biscayne Blvd, a corner store and gas station is hop skip away , Publix market is 5 minutes drive, and 20 minute drive to South beach. Lots of privacy all around, the back yard is full of nature and wild life, it backs up to a river, and the fabulous pool was heated. The cons: The side yard needs some tending too, old fans were left around, no seasoning for food you have to get all that. I rented a second home not to far and the Kitchen was fully stock with the seasoning essentials ready to cook. After cleaning the grill found out the Gas tank was empty. For a night out found out no iron, for my clothes . No broom. The all in one dryer washer was slow and cumbersome to work. The property manager took a few days to get back to us, and should have had all this in place prior to arrival, his lack of renters interest was a turn off to my guest he never made it to the Villa, even after daily calls he finally text back. its is a great home for the price off season just get a better property manager All in all it was a nice vacation and certainly will rent this home again.

Dans le cadre d’un we entre amis. Maison avec de belles prestations : équipement ménagers plutôt haut de gammes dans la cuisine, literie confortable, la pièce commune est grande et son plafond cathédrale donne encore plus d’espace, propre à notre arrivée. Nous recommanderons ce logement!

Très bon séjour à Plestin les Grèves, dans une maison idéale pour petits et grands et propre .Grande salle à manger pouvant accueillir tout le monde autour de la table. Notre séjour au "Domaine Peulven" à Plestin-les-Grèves a été tout simplement merveilleux ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été enchantés par l'atmosphère paisible qui règne dans cet endroit. Le calme ambiant nous a immédiatement séduit. le mobilier est neuf et la maison est encore plus belle en réalité que sur les photos. De plus, sa proximité avec la mer et ses équipements impeccables en font une destination idéale pour se détendre et profiter de la côte bretonne. Avec la famille nous recommandons à 100% !! Gwen
