East facing (garden) west (street) the house is particularly bright and pleasant. The ground floor consists of a spacious entrance hall, a garage (max length 4,40m - maneuver attention not easy, ok small vehicle), a shower room, with a toilet and access to the garden. The first floor is as a completely open space with the living room, the space of meals, fully fitted kitchen and open, and access to the deck. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.

Impressively landscape and pretty villages

We had a nice stay in Wimereux. On the beach, it was often quite windy, but we could enjoy the impressive rough sea, the steep coasts, walking in the low tide, the authentic villages and much history.

The house is spacious and very well equipped. It is in a perfect spot between the town and the beach. The house is very light. We did not have good weather and when the heating was on the house was warm and cosy. We had a problem with the boiler that could not have been predicted and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently between the agent and the office. Definitely recommend Chez Yann (recommended by the owner) - fantastic meal there. The spiral stairs could present a problem if you had reduced mobility or a very young child.

De ligging is super. Weinig parkeerplaatsen in de omgeving, overal trouwens in Wimereux. Garage is zeer moeilijk om in te rijden. De 2 steile draaitrappen zijn niet aan te raden voor oudere mensen of mensen die slecht te been zijn.Keuken volledig uitgerust, mooi terras.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Wimereux, en famille.La maison est très agréable, très lumineuse et idéalement située : à proximité directe de la mer (digue et plage) et de tous les commerces et restaurants. Merveilleux séjour d'automne/hiver à Wimereux ! La région est superbe, idéalement située à moins de 30 minutes en voiture des caps Gris-Nez et Blanc-Nez. La maison est à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, proche de très belles balades et aussi de tous les commerces utiles.La maison est très confortable, agréable, lumineuse et bien équipée. On s'y sent bien. Tout était conforme aux photos.Merci à Jean-François et à Olivier pour leur disponibilité (et à la gentille voisine qui a accepté qu'on passe par son jardin après un petit oubli de clefs à l'intérieur).On reviendra !

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Wat we ideaal vonden was de gelegenheid om beneden alle strandspullen achter te laten zodat boven netjes geleefd kon worden. Een klein minpunt vonden we wel de kwaliteit van de matrassen. Maar al met al zouden we deze accommodatie zeer aanbevelen .

super séjour. Très beau gîte pratique, garage court mais intéressant. commodités très bien. Juste compliqué pour des personnes avec quelques difficultes physiques car wc à l'étage et au rez-de chaussée et l'escalier en colimaçon, c'est un peu compliqué. Superbe terrasse et super confort. A recommander ! douche au rez de chaussée quand on revient de la plage et petit jardin agréabe !

Das erste mal in Frankreich aber bestimmt nicht das letzte mal.

Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub in einer tollen Landschaft und einem besonderen Licht, welches die Farben der Opalküste nochmal unterstreicht. Das Haus ist gut gelegen in der Mitte zwischen Einkaufsstraße und Strandpromenade. Auch die kleine Garage mit elektrischem Rolltor war sehr praktisch für unsere E-bikes zum Abstellen und Aufladen. Eine schönes großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und großem angrenzenden Balkon mit Ausrichtung nach Osten.Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr gut gelegen, lichtdurchflutet, großer Balkon

Sehr gute Lage zwischen Strand und Haupteinkaufsstraße. Wohnen auf drei Etagen. Unten Bad und WC, Durchgang zum Garten. Aufgang nach oben über enge Wendeltreppe. Highlight 1 im ersten Stock: sehr helle und geräumiges Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küche. Highlight 2: großer Balkon. Wir (6 Personrn) haben gerne unsere Mahlzeiten dort eingenommen. Im 2. Stock drei Schlafräume und ein Bad mit WC. Das Reihen-Haus selbst ist in einer Art Bauhausstil gebaut, leider nicht im sonst im Ort häufigen Stil der Belle Epoque. Unser großes Auto passte nicht in die Garage, aber den Berg hoch Richtung Bahnhof haben wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden.Der Concierge wohnt gleich nebenan und ist sehr freundlich und kooperativ. Negativ ist uns die durchgesessene Couch im Wohnzimmer aufgefallen. Die Matratze im Etagenbett oben war auch nicht gut.Aber davon abgesehen hatten wir einen herrlichen Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Wimereux!

Schöne Winterwoche am Meer

Wir haben eine großartige Woche in Wimereux verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt gelegen, sehr nah am Strand, aber auch in der Nähe zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Schön ist das helle Wohnzimmer im ersten Stockwerk und die sehr gut ausgetattete Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Glück passte unser Auto in die Garage, da es in der nähreren Umgebung nur Parkplätze gibt, die man bezahlen muss (1. April bis 31.Oktober). Tolle Landschaft und schöne Ausflugsziele.

Super wohnung und sehr nette betreuung

Ausstattung ist top. Treppen etwas wackelig und schwer zu gehen weil sehr eng. Die sanitären einricrungen vor allem unten sind überholungsbedürftig. Die Lage ist sehr gut sowohl für den ort als auch den strand. Die auskünfte über die wohnung sind vollumfänglich.

Logement idéalement situé. Fonctionnel et belle terrasse pour profiter du soleil. Proprio très sympathique. Wimereux est une station vraiment agréable.
