Unwind and make wonderful memories by enjoying a mountain vacation in the beauty of Ruidoso, NN. "Our Deer Cabin" is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath cabin (master ensuite has jetted tub). Although it has a cozy cabin feel, the cabin is actually a house and has a complete kitchen with all the major appliances, except dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi and Cable TV, two decks (upper deck extends from the kitchen and holds the propane grill and patio furniture. The lower deck holds the hot tub with plenty of seating area. Two smart televisions with cable and Wi-Fi allows you to bring your "Firestick" or remain connected for work or pleasure. Sit outside on either of the gorgeous decks and take in what nature has to offer. We also provide deer feed so that you and your family may enjoy feeding the deer.

"Our Deer Cabin" is minutes away from two major grocery stores, "dollar type" stores, bar & grills, restaurants, City Bank, PNC Bank & Wells Fargo Bank, clothing, cooking, furniture, or home décor stores and medical facility in case of an emergency.

The Deer Cabin was so beautiful

The stay was great. The owner gives the utmost hospitality and provided everything we needed including deer feed at one time we had 13 deer within feet of the porch! Games for the kids and a hot tub that you will never want to get out of. If your staying in Ruidoso this is your cabin.

Clean quite and relaxing.

Owner is very accommodating and available for any questions throughout our stay. House was extremely clean and had everything needed. Hot tub was a nice touch to relax and unwind. Loved the wildlife that came up to the cabin. Had a Spectacular time.

Great stay! Clean and comfortable cabin

We had a great stay here and we were sad to leave. The cabin was just as described and the owner Marc is very attentive and easy to get in touch with. The cabin had everything we needed. I appreciated the attention to detail such as plenty of towel hooks and places to hang coats. Our kids loved feeding the deer and elk. We ended up spending 2 days at the white sands national monument. The dunes are 1 hr 20 mins away but it was a beautiful drive.

The "Our Deer Cabin" is the prefect place to enjoy

The cabin is prefect for relaxing and enjoying family. Lots of parking in front of cabin, three great comfy bedrooms and two full size bathrooms. Cabin is tastefully decorated, with new linens and all the finishing of home. Kitchen was fully furnished with all the needs to cook a full size meal. Wood burning fireplace in the living room, Got to love the hot tub on its own private deck, along with upper deck has a outdoor table with a propane BBQ grill. This is a cabin to enjoy time after time, Marc is easy to work with and responds very quickly. We will return again to enjoy "Our Deer Cabin" and Ruidoso. Debbie & Joe

Peaceful Haven

Great location, super clean and perfect if you have an older person with you. Property owner/manager has excellent communication and no detail missed with this home. We look forward to coming back and staying at this property again.

Perfect!

Loved it! Was more room than what we need for our family of 4 during our Spring Break trip to the slopes! Marc was very helpful, friendly and available for any questions. Had everything we needed. Just a short drive to downtown and close to many great local restaurants. Hot tub was perfect after a long day at the slopes. The kids loved having the deer eat right out of their hands! Will def recommend to friends and stay here the next time we come to Ruidoso! Thank you to the Medinas for sharing this jewel!

Great location, very nicely decorated.

Best stocked kitchen I have ever had in a rental. Temperature was always perfect in the cabin. Deer were always on the property, one morning we counted 32, spent hours watching them. Great deck also, the whole cabin was very comfortable and nice hot tub. They even supplied deer feed. Close to town and grocery store, would definitely like to stay here again.

Everything was great. The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was very clean and so greatly decorated. It was just a great week. Will go again and recommend the cabin to friends.

Great Place!!!

“Our Deer Cabin” in Ruidoso is a gem! Wonderful amenities from the beautifully decorated home, the Hottub, the wonderful deck with enough tables and chairs for a large family to sit and watch the Mule Deer and Elk that wander through the property. The location is close to Albertsons grocery for any items you may have left at home. The cabin is close to all the downtown shopping and dining that Ruidoso has to offer. Casinos and horse racing is close by and during winter months the cabin is located just off the road to the slopes. I definitely give this property 5 Stars only because I can’t give it more. The owner is very easy to deal with, Marc was available whenever we had a question.

We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Our Deer Cabin. The property was clean and well stocked. Our children enjoyed the deer and loved feeding them. The hot tub was great as well! I would recommend others to stay at this property. The house was wonderful and presented well! The owners were flexible and available for any questions or concerns that we had before, during and after our stay. We will be renting in the future from them again. I feel as if we've made new friends/acquaintances with the property owners.

Best of both worlds!!!

Perfectly located rustic decorated cabin with modern ameneties for those non woodsy folks. Best of both worlds!! The local deer arrive each day to feed providing for perfect family pictures. A big plus is the fact that this cabin is a sit alone structure and is not directly attached next to other buildings. Perfect family or couples getaway.

Why they chose this property

"Our-Deer-Cabin" is located on a moderate elevated area--high enough to get away from the main roads--but low enough to keep it accessible during snowy and rainy seasons. The neighborhood is mixed with permanent residents and second homes used for the enjoyment by both the owners and by their guests. The area is filled with beautiful pine trees and roaming deer and elk.
So, feed and admire the deer which roam the property, soak in the hot tub outside or privately soak in the jetted tub in the master bathroom, or relax on the open patio as you grill your food.

What makes this property unique

"Our-Deer-Cabin" offers the entire house for up to 8 people with private parking spaces on the premises and is equipped with a Hot Tub on the lower deck, central heating and refrigerated cooling, free Wi-Fi, broad cable selection of channels, a jetted tub in master bath, propane grill on upper patio deck, two Smart TVs.
This cabin is located a few minutes away from Ruidoso's shopping and restaurants and two large grocery stores and other various restaurants. Let's not forget Wal-Mart at 26180 U.S. Hwy 70 E. Ruidoso Downs, NM 88346.
