Exciting Renovation Underway – Ready for Winter 2025/2026 Season!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 5 with a king bed and a twin-over full bunk bed. It features new flooring throughout the main living area, stainless steel appliances, and a private balcony overlooking the village. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony that overlooks River Run Village and views of mountains in the distance. At night guests can even enjoy one of the many fireworks shows put on by Keystone throughout the year.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with Ivory White Bedding and a mounted flat screen TV.

**Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens and ivory white bedding. Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding is modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. This bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay.

Perfect location with family

My family and I stayed at this property July of 2023 and it was perfect for a family of 4. Property was truly in the heart of Keystone village. Loved waking up and sitting on the balcony with coffee and after putting the kids to bed sitting on the balcony. Property had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and location was great. Looking into booking for our winter trip to Colorado. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful Condo/Super Clean!!

My stay at Silver Mill was absolutely perfect. Condo is exactly as pictured, super clean, great location…right in the center of the village… You can walk to the Gondola. The village was closed due to it being off season but that wasn't an issue as I wasn’t there to ski. Management company was great to work with, always attentive. Easy check in process. Would def stay here again!

Several restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Hot tubs were convenient, but would benefit from a better water maintenance. Unit provided good value for a family ski trip. We would stay here again.

The owners have done an excellent job of comfortably appointing the condo, SCMR made the entire process very easy, and Silver Mill is a well thought out and comfortable complex. Absolutely nothing negative to say, and highly recommend for groups of 3-4 people!

Nice location

Condo is right in the heart of the square is keystone village. The underground parking is awesome as the ski locker. The only draw back is the thermostat is old and the condo is hot! Hard to adjust, so we slept with all the windows open and fans on. Would recommend this place.

Awesome location. Coffee maker was broken and a new one was delivered within hours. Mgmt let us store our luggage until check in. The only downside was we misplaced one of the ski locker keys and they are charging us 200. That is pretty awful considering how much we paid

Property location is great. The master shower didn’t drain well and the toilet had problems flushing. It is extremely loud outside so bring a sound machine or you can hear everyone’s conversation. I’m n the master room, it felt like there was no window there. Air came right through and it was freezing.

A lot of fun for the family

6/17/24-6/21/24 We enjoy staying at River Run, during the summer. We went a month earlier this year, so there were not as many things open to go do, but it was nice and quiet. My kids love the pool, which was part of the reason we love to stay there, however the chemicals must have been mixed a little strong and one of the kiddos had a reaction to it. Make sure you wash off right after you get out. I know they say to anyway, but we have never had a problem before.

Sadly we stayed the week after Keystone closed its slopes and River run was basically deserted. This is not a reflection ob our rental or the process.
