About this property
A cosy cottage, perfect for a coast and country retreat
A comfortable detached house with kitchen, living room, sitting/dining room, conservatory, three bedrooms (1x king size, 1x double and 2x single beds) and one toilet/bathroom with a large bath and electric shower.
The house is homely and welcoming, it sleeps six within the three bedrooms. A sofa bed in the sitting room can accommodate a further two 'temporary' guests.
The conservatory is ideal for either dining or relaxing in, taking in the garden, countryside and sea views.
The house is double glazed, with oil central heating and features dressed stonework, exposed beams, an inglenook fireplace, two multi-fuel stoves, private gardens and ample off road parking.
The outside patio area is ideal for eating 'al fresco' and to unwind, take in the views and fresh air. Guests are welcome to stroll around the garden and orchard. There is a small pond in the garden and so children will need to be supervised. In addition, there are two bee hives in the orchard, which are some distance from the house and these are mild mannered bees. However, both children and pets should supervised, so as not to disturb these busy garden helpers and their home.
Please note that Hafod Boeth is down a narrow country lane and so extra wide vehicles may find it difficult to approach.

About the host
Hosted by Craig Hargreaves

Hello, I'm Craig, the proud owner of Hafod Boeth, a detached stone property set in the heart of Gwynedd in beautiful North Wales.
I’ve owned the property for quite a number of years, although the building has been here for over 150 years and so I consider myself merely as the latest trustee. Hafod Boeth is definitely not new and I'm certainly not new to the area. I have previously lived in Criccieth and I’m a regularly visitor to, and supporter of all, parts of the region, as I have done since I was a little boy (so well over 45 years of being in the region) and now have many good friends & neighbours.
I pleased to be able to share my home, with select guests, who will appreciate & look after the property whilst I’m away with work.
Hafod Boeth is well equipped with all modern amenities whilst retaining that character, safe and homely feel.
I'm the joint owner of a small business providing regulatory business services to small retail investment firms and fortunate to be able to regularly work from home.
When I'm not working, I love spending time with family and friends, taking in the outdoors/scenery, walking and relaxing on the beach and so we're spoilt for choice in North Wales. Other interests include socialising (drink and food), movies and film, music, the internet, gardening and slowly learning Welsh.
