1 Tumalo Ln is a quick walk to the river, and a short walk/ride to Ft. Rock Park, the Village and the SHARC.

The quiet location and the amenities included make this a peaceful retreat. With over 3200 Sq Ft this open floor plan with vaulted ceilings is perfect for multiple families to get together, relax, and enjoy everything Sunriver has to offer. The home has 2 masters, one upstairs with a king bed and walk in closet. The second master is downstairs also with a king bed. Both masters have direct access to the spacious 8 person hot tub. There are 2 more bedrooms downstairs, one with a king, and the other with 2 sets of log bunk beds. There is a shared bathroom downstairs with a sauna and access to the hot tub. There is a second living space downstairs with a sleeper sofa.

The fully stocked kitchen has solid surface counters, pantry, gas stove, and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a meal at the bar or at the large 8 person table.

A private deck with gas BBQ and 2 outdoor eating areas gives plenty of room for large gatherings and allows for your enjoyment of the beauty of Sunriver. In the double car garage there are 7 adult size bikes, 2 children's bikes, and a baby trailer that is easy to attach to any bike. Although bikes are available, we encourage you to bring your own due to possible unexpected maintenance issues. Also in the garage is a foosball table and a second refrigerator. The large private driveway has a basketball hoop.

Brandon and Karen's place was perfect for my family's week in Sunriver. The layout gave us all privacy and I appreciated having two living spaces for times when we were doing our own thing, but the upstairs spaces are big enough for us all to hang out. The kitchen had all the plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc. that we needed and home was very clean. Note that you will need to bring coffee and shower essentials, like soap and shampoo/conditioner. There are a bunch of bikes, mostly one speed cruisers (my partner and I brought our mountain bikes and my mom ended up renting in town, but for short rides, the provided bikes would be sufficient). We loved having the hot tub off the downstairs bedrooms and the big deck upstairs. The location was not far from the restaurants and shops, only a block from the bike trails, and a short ride to the river. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay at Brandon and Karen's home next time we are in the area.

Great family vacation

We had a great time in this home after Christmas. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is great. We were skiing on bachelor after a short 35 min drive. We would stay here again!

Great Family Sunriver House

Our extended family just enjoyed a wonderful week in Sunriver and this house helped make it so. There was room for everyone to be comfortable.... Myself, my grown kids, and my 4 grandkids. The arcade room and the garage games were a hit for the kids and adults. The sauna was perfect when the rafting weather was a bit cooler than expected. We loved it and we'll be back.

A very special home

This was the perfect house for our family (3 couples, 3 children). Lots of natural light, clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for gathering & eating together, but also quiet spaces for napping and reading. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, with lots of appliances and counter space. The arcade games were a HUGE hit with the children; the hot tub and sauna was great for the adults. Good selection of bikes; the bike trailer for the littlest one was especially useful. A great stay. Thanks!

Great Family Vacation

This home was everything stated and more. The home was pristine. We used all the amenities including the hot tub, bikes and video games. Everything worked great. This is a great home base for enjoying all that Sunriver has to offer. It is spacious and allowed our family to spread out and relax. We used the bikes daily to ride to the village or to the river, waterfall and hiking. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for cooking and we made all our meals at home. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for a great vacation!

Spacious home, quiet neighborhood,

Our Host Brandon was very nice and quick to respond to some issues we experienced while staying there. It is a very nice home, but we had some cleaning to do upon on arrival. Mostly the wood flooring and the coffee tables etc. The outside garbage cans were full so we had to stack garbage bags in the garage for 3 days until garbage pick up and we had some ants that decided to visit towards the end of our stay. Brandon again was very prompt and sent his pest control person right away. We were disappointed that the pinball machines were out of order as the arcade feature was one of our reasons for renting this particular home. When I asked about them, Brandon told us they are working on getting them repaired or replaced. Despite some issues and inconveniences our family did enjoy our time at Brandon and Karen’s home. It is well equipped and there was plenty of room for us all to make memories together.

This property is perfect for our extended family of 3 generations. There is space to be together, and space to be apart.... Crucial for a week's stay! The home was clean and neat upon our arrival. Beds were comfortable. We had a small issue with the AC. Upon notifying the owners, they called us back almost immediately and then arranged for a repair. Things happen. They took care of it ... That's what counts. We love our time in Sunriver at this house, and have booked again for next year!

Great spring break trip

The house was super clean and very well appointed! Sunriver is wonderful and only a short drive to Mt. Bachelor. The house had everything we could have possibly needed. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful. I highly recommend this property, especially if you are traveling with friends.

Cozy getaway
