Your ultimate Vacation accommodation. It is located in the Funny River Community in the Soldotna area. Conveniently located 15 minutes to downtown Soldotna, one hour from Homer, almost 2 hours to Seward, and about 3 hours to Anchorage. The 5th wheel will accommodate up to 4 people. The Sofa is also a queen size Sofa/Bed to accommodate another Couple or children.
Your 5th wheel is Located right at the Bird Homestead Golf Course and 5 minutes from my fishing spot (I will show you my spot and answer any questions about the spot) on the world famous Kenai River. Golf is available right out your door, 9 holes for $20.00 and 18 holes for $36.00. There are Carts and clubs also available for rent at the Pro Shop. Bring your fishing gear or book a guided trip with us on the Kenai for $275.00 PP for a full day of fishing with the best guides on the River. You have a Picnic table, a smokeless fire ring (when campfires are permitted), charcoal grill and chairs for enjoying the outdoors while BBQing your days catch.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, towels, and wash rags. I provide a full roll of paper towels and basic seasonings, including salt and pepper. You will want to stop and pick up all of your grocery items in town before heading out to your 5th wheel. Please purchase and use only RV/Marine toilet paper only. The RV waste system can not process regular toilet paper. Also provided are all Kitchen and Bathroom wash rags and Towels. All bedding is provided for the master Queen (the bed will be made and ready for use upon arrival). The pull out Queen Sofa Sleeper will have sheets, pillow, and blankets available inside the traile. Thee pull out will not be pre-made. The cleaning of fish should be completed at the riverside. Cleaning and/or processing of fish is not allowed in or around the 5th wheel or campsite (unless you would like close up and personal encounters with Bears). Also available is a 2011 Subaru Outback for $175.00 per day (depending on availability. Please message me if you would like torentt the car. Rental of the Car will happen directly with the owner on site.
Check-in is 3pm, and checkout is no later than 11am. Late checkout is extremely limited, especially if the next guest is to check in your day of checkout at 3 pm. If a late checkout is available, you may stay up to an additional 4 hours for $100.00.
